Candle Queen Lyrics Novels & Stories

Book One: Scarred Queen Don't see no colours like you, but you ask me to, Ask me to see the things you do, Think the way you do. Fuck the way I feel, the way I feel for you. Loyal is everything to you, but you want me too, You take me too, I ain't gonna be for you, Not loyal no more, not if I go. Fuck the way you do, obsessed with you too. Why you gotta take, take everything for you,

Hey, don't bother queen no more Please don't wake queen up no more Red queen keep it up go on Fill up a black martini Fill up the glass for the queen without pity A bouquet of flowers in the dark I give her lullaby bye bye bye Bye my majesty That girl with the beautiful smile That girl who everybody calls pretty That girl even you know That girl everybody loves That girl is oh so pitiful That girl everybody is afraid of That girl you know Well this is trivial It's an absurd story Believe it or not, it's a silly story

The weight in the air? It was suffocating. “I’m done with riddles,” I snarled. “Show yourself.” The mirror shimmered. A woman stepped through, barefoot, wearing a gown of ash and ember. Her skin glowed like obsidian carved by lightning. “I am the first queen,” she whispered. “The Flame that bore the line.” Lily’s breath hitched. “You’re supposed to be dead.” “Flame does not die. It waits. It chooses.” Her gaze slid to Logan. “And it has chosen again.”

We literally were being alone together in the crowd. Until Zach disturbed us with his report, “We’re ready to blow this place up, my lady. So it can’t be used for rogue vampires’ nests. Will there be anything else that we need to do?” I blinked my eyes and just realized I was the queen, not some woman in the eyes of a man amazed by her presence, “Do it, Zach. Let’s get back to the mansion, I’m famished.” I accidentally said ‘famished’ while looking at the doctor. He looked scared and he gulped as it could be seen that his Adam’s apple was moving.

I can feel tears build in my eyes and ready to fall. "I am cursed, I am unwanted, I am a failure. Then why are you still waiting for me to accept you?" I yell while tears fall out of my eyes. "You are not any of these. Do you hear me?" He says cupping my face in his hands. "Then what am I?" I ask in a broken tone. "You are the Luna Queen and it's high time to show the world what your capable of doing." He replies determinedly looking at me with eyes full of love and.....pride?

The lead band answered. ***Intro music*** I know you think that I shouldn't still love you Or tell you that But if I didn't say it, well, I'd still have felt it Where's the sense in that? (Tears start rolling from her eyes. Every word in the lyrics comes from her heart) I promise I'm not trying to make your life harder Or return to where we were But I will go down with this ship And I won't put my hands up and surrender There will be no white flag above my door

Heavy. “What happened?” she asks. No greeting. No pretense. She already understands enough to fear the answer. I walk further into the room, my gaze briefly catching on the fabrics prepared. The colors chosen with care. The intricate patterns meant to celebrate joy. For a wedding. Kiana’s wedding. I look away. “He will help us,” I say. The Queen exhales softly, relief flickering across her face before she can stop it. “Then it is done,” she says. “We can continue preparations. The ceremony will remain unchanged.”

The light flickered and died, leaving behind a pile of grey ash on the table. Silence followed. A heavy, suffocating silence. "One mate must fall?" My voice was a whisper. I looked from Kai’s stony expression to Ryder’s pale face. "What does that mean? A sacrifice? Does... does one of you have to die for me?" "It’s a riddle, Jess," Ryder said, though he wouldn't meet my eyes. He reached out, his fingers brushing the back of my hand, but for the first time, his touch felt cold. "Old lore. They used to say the Queen’s power was fueled by the grief of her lovers. It’s just... it's just words."

"The seal shall remain until the key is sung, and three kings return their names to the tide." And then I heard it. The riddle. “Three crowns forged by sea and war. Three hearts bound to the same flame. When blood and essence align once more, The gate shall tremble at her name.” The queen fell to her knees. Her head lifted, eyes blazing. “You think we’ll stay buried forever?” A final horn blew. And then every siren turned to the sea. Their eyes glowed, lips parting in perfect harmony. A song like nothing I’d ever heard filled the air.

Everyone brought out a candle and lit it up. Megan started talking “we welcome you, Hazel Luella Coleman to the Moonstone Pack. Today we accept you as our Luna and our reigning queen. As we lit this candle today we pledge our allegiance to stand by you through thick and thin, fire and water, through stormy nights and bright days. As this candle burns bright so we shall burn bright with you till you decide to give up the crown” “For infinite and ever!” She said loudly and the crowd chanted after her. “United we stand!” She said again loudly and blew her candle out.
