A Love So Dangerous

A Love So Dangerous

Now I could definitely see why Sienna likes her. "The pleasure is all mine," I said as we shook hands. We all went into the living room, then Sienna and I headed for the kitchen. "So I am guessing Carole isn't just anyone. What's her profession?" I asked her. She was instructing a maid to make a cheese platter for Sean and his apparent new girlfriend, but I thought she just wanted it for herself. I saw her pick up a cube of cheese and toss it into her mouth. "Carole Valor. The Valor drug empire. Do you know it?" she said as she watched me.

Carole laughed at her antics. “Danni takes after her father I swear.” She said with a twinge of longing. “Oh?” I asked watching the children chasing each other, laughing and joyful unaware of the heartache of the world. “Yes, he died a while back, unfortunately.” I looked back to Carole a dark expression crossing her face for a moment before returning to normal, I squeezed her shoulder in sympathy. I couldn’t imagine life without Damon. “So, tell me why I have to have a wedding exactly?”

Carol said across the room to her husband, "This is just like when you and I double teamed Zara a few weeks ago." She wanted to shock Sheila again... since Zara had been her daughter's best friend back in high school. "Exactly so," Robert agreed, "except she was facing up and you're facing down right now," as he pumped in and out of the most invitingly gaped asshole ever. "That's right. And don't forget that I was the one who took her anal cherry in the next bed over from here," Carol recalled.

Sarah snapped at his son. "I am scared mom" Carols whispered pathetically. Sarah glared at her son. "Why can't you be like Drake? Go and stay in your room. Don't come out until he leaves" Sarah shooed her son away. She is scared that, he might give them away. When Caroline came down to greet Drake, he is nowhere to be found. Really excellent story so far. Beginning is a heart-wrenching twist that creates a brilliant setup for resolution. Grammar has some issues but the writing is still far better than most books on GoodNovel. Writer struggles with telling rather than showing in active voice but that takes practice.

Author:Although I have not completed the book yet; I love it because the main characters ARE finally portrayed how it should. Characters are not falling for schemes, following true feelings, and their Bond. Drake, a true hero and mate finally with his head well placed on his shoulders. Great job!

she added, then looked at Trish, Duke Carolus, and the other people in the room. “Let’s go.” She embraced Duchess Carolus and walked out of the room, followed by the others. “God, please save my son.” Duchess Carolus was crying in Adaline’s arms. Her son was the most precious thing in her life. “What’s wrong with him? He’s never fainted before. He’s powerful,” she added in a low voice. “Calm down. Kaven willl be fine.” Adaline tried to cheer her up. “She’s right. Kaven wouldn’t pass out with just a wound like that.” Duke Carolus looked at his wife while remembering the fight between Hanry and Kaven. He then glanced at Trish who seemed to be thinking about it too.

Obsession: His Runaway Bride

Obsession: His Runaway Bride

"He listens to you, doesn't he? Stop him! Call him back! Remind him who he belongs with!" Carol's expression darkened slightly at Bianca's tone. Her fingers tightened around the stem of her glass as she lightly reprimanded. "Careful how you speak to me, dear," she said coolly. "Adrian is my son. I know what's best for him." Bianca swallowed back the urge to scream. She wanted to throw something, destroy everything but she forced herself to breathe and to think calmly. The truth was, Carol wanted Adrian to marry her than Noelle who was merely someone she thought who leeched off his son. That much was clear. But the older woman was acting far too calm, too confident, as if she believed this wa

I'm in LOVE with the leads mahn they're dreamy and perfect and not for once were portrayed out of character be it in love or any phase so. Noelle was soft, and peaceful sunset while Grace was the early dawn who had survived the brutality of the world and still stand with all it's radiance! LOVED IT!

The same damn light colored dresses and mostly white. She touched the dresses colored in dust before her eyes fell on something hidden at the end of the cabinet. A small diary, with hesitant hand she grabbed it and using the long sleeve of her dress she cleaned it, same as the notes, the writing had lightened on the diary pages as well but not enough to become unreadable. Closing the door, she didn't move away from facing the cabinet and opened the diary reading the first page, Carol, Her Substitute. Carol, a 19 years old young girl, her mother died when she was born and father was diagnosed with cancer, she belonged to an extremely poor family, she didn't have any money to get her father a

EVERY WOMAN CANNOT BE PRETTY

EVERY WOMAN CANNOT BE PRETTY

, Carol put on a good woman act. “If your demonic son gives me the divorce asap, and the entire Hudson family as well as the husband snatcher slut gives me an undertaking in writing that none of you will ever bother me again, I will lift the charges against the double crosser vixen. I don’t want to see any of you again. Else, let law take its course”, Sarah shouted after Carol as she was led away by attendants. “Sure bitch. None of us want to see your ugly face either”, Carol shouted back, “How could you even dream that a man of my son’s high stature would settle forever with a unsightly woman like you?”.

A Divorce After My Rebirth

A Divorce After My Rebirth

Davis nodded in agreement, "Xu's daughter just returned to the country. She is a renowned violinist. I have seen her photos, and both her appearance and temperament are excellent. Carsen should like this type." Carsen nodded lightly, "Okay, I'll follow Grandpa's arrangement." Carolyn, sitting on the sofa, lowered her gaze and pursed her lips, afraid that her sad expression would be noticed by others. Afterwards, she was somewhat absent-minded about what everyone said, but she only remembered that Carsen was getting ready for a blind date. While eating, I was also absent-minded and got a fish bone stuck in my throat. In the end, it was Brodie who helped to extract it using tweezers.

COLLECTION OF LUST AND LOVE

"Well, I overheard Ranger and some guys at the last picnic he was invited to. It was just before the divorce. And I heard them saying that the Morris girls, you and Aunt Jessica, really slept around. I asked Aunt Jessica later and told me to wait till I'm older. Well." Abigail sat back and thought. It has gone this far, so she might as well finish it. Slowly, she said, "Carol, I have only slept with two men in my life." Carol looked surprised. "One was my husband and the other the man I love. That man is Hayden. Hayden Dawn is your father." "Wow!" Carol exclaimed as she sat back in the chair. "Does he know?" "No, he doesn't." "When should we let him know?"

Frequently Asked Questions

Carol Danvers' origin story is one of those comic book arcs that feels like it was ripped straight from a cosmic rollercoaster. Back in the '70s, she was introduced as a human Air Force officer working alongside the Kree hero Mar-Vell (the original Captain Marvel). During a mission gone wrong, an explosion caused by the Psyche-Magnitron—a Kree device that could manifest thoughts into reality—exposed her to massive energy waves. The blast fused her DNA with Mar-Vell's, turning her into a human-Kree hybrid. That's when she first became Ms. Marvel, gaining superhuman strength, flight, and energy absorption. The coolest part? Her powers evolved over time, especially when writers later retconned her as a 'human/Kree hybrid' with latent abilities waiting to be unlocked. The MCU version in 'Captain Marvel' streamlined this a bit, tying her powers directly to the Tesseract and the Kree's experiments, but the core idea remains: destiny, explosion, cosmic upgrades.

What I love about Carol's journey is how messy and organic it felt in the comics. She wasn't just handed powers; she earned them through trauma, identity crises, and even amnesia arcs. The 'Binary' phase in the '80s, where she tapped into white hole energy, was peak sci-fi absurdity—and I mean that as a compliment. It’s wild how her story mirrors real struggles about self-discovery, especially when she reclaimed her agency after years of convoluted plotlines. Even now, as Captain Marvel, she embodies this mix of vulnerability and unstoppable force, which makes her way more interesting than your average powerhouse.
