Gavin parked the car in front of the building.
“Where is this?” I asked, my confusion growing.
“Let’s go in,” he replied, his tone giving nothing away.
I hesitantly got out of the car. As I did, I realized it was a cafe. A flower cafe even. Waiters with colourful uniforms and warm smiles stood by the door, and they seemed very welcoming.
