“Well, I was with Ann and...” Zac cut off and stood to his full height, alert like a spooked animal in the woods. Cassy turned on her heel and stared in the same direction, searching for whatever he had heard. It didn’t take long to see and hear two figures barrelling towards them. Zac pushed her behind him, a low growl in his chest, but when Katie and Alex came close enough to see in the darkness, Cassy stepped out from behind him. “Cassy, what are you doing all the way out here?” Alex pulled her into a hug.

" I ignored his hollow excuses and found them utterly pathetic. Reaching into my pocket, I pulled my phone out and held it up to his face. A woman's coy, mocking voice sounded in the room. "Hello? Sadie Holten? How does it feel? Have you seen Zane's true nature yet? "I sent you the laptop on purpose. It was quite a surprise, wasn't it?" It was Cassie's voice, dripping with the smug triumph of a victor. Zane's body jolted. He stared at the phone in disbelief, then looked back at me as Cassie's voice continued. "Do you really think you've won? Zane loves me more now."

"I'm Cassie..." "Cassie who?" "Urm... actually Cassandra. Cassandra Moore. We met at Don Luigi's birthday party before," I tried to remind her of who I was. "Oh, Miss Moore? Don Xavier's girlfriend, right? Yeah, I remembered you," Nicola seemed excited all of a sudden. "You can just call me Cassie. I'll be more comfortable that way..." "And you can just call me Nicola. So why are you calling me?"

It was about a few hours after ten O’clock, just before they retired to their tents. At first Cassidy refused to step into the tent, she then came into the tent and wrapped herself all over Henry, she was barely wearing any cloths apart from her underwear. Henry was already fast asleep by then but his senses were really active and he just felt someone wrapped themselves around him and just then henry opened his eyes, and twisting he was able to see Cassidy.

I don’t know why I am feeling all of these sensations but there is something different about this meeting with Zane. It feels… intimate. More than we have ever been. I greeted Ronan who came here with Zane and then I looked at Zane who had no expression on his face, and I wondered what was wrong with him. Ronan nodded at me with the same stoic expression and then looked at Tessa and winked at her evilly. “Hi, Tessa,” Zane said, scratching the back of his head. “Zane,” she looked up at him, expressionlessly.

She giggled, trailing her fingers from my shoulder to my arm before holding my hand and pulling me to the dance floor, where many of our friends were already having fun. I feigned a grunt of annoyance before laughing heartily, letting her pull me. I might not be as great a dancer as she was, but dancing with her was a great excuse to hold her closer. But just as I twirled her and pulled her closer to me, a sudden noise took our attention, as well as the attention of most of our friends on the dance floor. Cassidy stopped dancing, that Kairo, the one she was dancing with, bumped into her head, but it didn’t even faze her. Instead, her eyes widened before she let out a gasp. “Zach!”

Ginger gets off the table, walking out of the room with me. We are in the hallway where Hana is standing with Wendy a few meters away, her ears still covered. “Hey, Wendy,” I greet. “Hu,” Wendy calls out in a flat tone. Ever since Caspian left, she has been real moody, and I get she still liked him, but Caspian staying wouldn’t have magically brought them together because Caspian swore off her when she kissed a random guy at a party. “I do not even want to know what you guys were doing in there, because…” The sound of the bell cuts Hana off, and she breathes in relief. “Thank Goddess!” she exclaims.

We sat at our table after greeting everyone. "Hi, Layla." I hear a young girl's voice making me look to my side. I quickly got up, seeing an all-grown-up, beautiful Cassidy walking toward us. She had just turned ten when they had left for Italy; she was now a beautiful woman, all grown up. "Cassidy? Oh my God, look at you? You're all grown-up. Oh, you're so beautiful." I say, hugging her tightly. "You should say! You're gorgeous. And who's this beautiful princess?" she asks, looking at Zoey, making her giggle.
