Before midnight, the four assassins-Emery, Jadeite, Secora, and Cataleena- were all ready to depart from the headquarters after briefing themselves on the plan they had to follow. Each of them was wearing their identical combat apparel with their faces covered with a mask and was equipped with their weapons before they got on each horse. It was rather chillier that midnight compared to the other nights, but Emery thought it was just probably her feeling that way. She had gone through many missions before but this time, she felt like something bad was going to happen… something that she was not expecting.

"Is that so? And where might that be, little puppy?" "Looking for allies," Cassie said, deciding that directness was her best option. "People who understand that some wrongs can't be forgiven or forgotten." The three rogues exchanged glances loaded with meaning. The woman stepped closer, circling Cassie with the predatory grace of a wolf evaluating prey. "My name is Vera," she said finally. "These are my associates, Knox and Slade. We're what you might call... problem solvers. People come to us when they need things handled that can't be accomplished through traditional means."

His voice was so cracked when he spoke. "It... it was a man named Alessandro," he blurted out. "He told us to look the other way when he came. He paid us very well, and said if we remained quiet, he would triple it, and he did. We had no idea it would go this far, we swear..." Luca’s lips curled, but it wasn’t a smile. It was ice. “Alessandro,” he repeated, standing slowly. His eyes flicked to the others. “Do you agree with him?”

The two men stood up and rushed to Daniel's window, looking down the couldn't see anything. Crash! It was the darn sound again and even louder this time. Rose rushed through the door with panic written all over her face. "What is that noise Rose?" Daniel asked her immediately acknowledging her entrance. "Sir, it's Red." Daniel, Dane and Rose raced out of the office building like escapees from a psychiatric ward. "Well, if it's Red. Thank God it's the camry she bashed." Daniel said. Their race continued to the garage. Right there the wall was broken and he saw his Ferrari next to the roadside, upside down with a very well known red head struggling to come out of it.

The silence shattered when a harsh voice yelled— “DOWN ON THE GROUND!” Gunfire erupted before the sound even registered. Chaos exploded across the dock as Cassiel’s guards stormed the area, their weapons drawn and eyes cold. Enzo led the charge, two men flanking him, each firing calculated shots. Three of the merchants dropped immediately, blood pooling under their still bodies. “Shit!” Thomas pulled a gun from his waistband, but a guard tackled him before he could aim.

"Cripple him, Rhett!" Rhett Gibbs, a fairly young man, stepped out of the crowd of armed thugs. Dad added as he stood up from his spot on the sofa before grabbing his opened laptop and positioning it properly on his elbow before trying to pick his phones up from the hand rest of the sofa. I picked the phones and handed them to him which he placed on the laptop before looking at me blankly. "I'll take care of it with my all, I promise!" I informed my Dad, my fingers unconsciously covering the pendant of the choker as if trying to shield it from anything harmful. "I know you will, I just want you to know how dangerous this small necklace is. Some thieves can cut off your neck just to get this necklace cause it's a pure. It doesn't fade, it glows forever, like you." Dad's voice infiltrat

My heart soared when I saw the insignia on their backs: Sandcastles MC. The Rebels turned away from the overpass in an attempt to escape the Sandcastles. We kept pace, but the other group was right on the heels of the Rebels. I heard them begin to exchange gunfire back and forth. Suddenly, Jetter looked back at me. I swore we made eye contact. A second later, he tossed the briefcase aside, letting it scatter onto the pavement. The guys up front swerved and then stopped, going over to the briefcase. The Rebels sped ahead as the Sandcastles collected the drugs.
