The Purrfect Wingman

The Purrfect Wingman

No time to rest, no time to breathe—we were officially in the thick of it. The second kitten arrived with far less drama. This one came out wriggling and squawking, as if it had complaints about the lighting. A mess of black, orange, and cream swirled across its tiny body—classic tortie. Ofelia crouched next to me, eyes wide as she whispered, “Freya. She looks like her mama.”

Oh this book is off to a fabulous start! I’m a few chapters in now and I’m loving this book. Spitfire, you’re my favourite, love the sass and commentary hehe. I’m also loving how the FMC/MMC are connecting and you can feel that slow love burning already. Highly recommend!

A delightful tale that combines humor and heart! With charming characters, an opinionated cat, and an engaging plot, it keeps you turning the pages. The book beautifully explores friendship and love, focusing on the bond between two humans and their feline chaos crew. A must-read for cat lovers!

KITTY

KITTY

Claire looked after him and shook her head the way only mothers do when they know their child is doing something wrong but can't do anything about it. Austin greets Tommy with happy barks and jumps to the sky. But they parted only in the morning. Only dogs are able to rejoice so sincerely at your return, even if you left the house for five minutes for cigarettes. Kit, like a real cat, barely raises his head to see who has come, screwing up his sly green eyes. She and her brother are hugging each other on the couch, watching a movie. But Tom knows she's happy for him. She smiles and leans in, offering her lips for a kiss.

"How were you able to identify it at all?" Dennis seemed to remember then that she was still fairly new to the operation and he calmed himself down to explain. "You see, Miss Months, every item in Olympus's storage has been tagged with a Doomsday beacon, which as the name implies, is only activated when said item is activated in a such a manner as to be classified as a doomsday.

The Lycan Kings Heart Of Darkness

The Lycan Kings Heart Of Darkness

Caturix rumbles. I had no idea that they could switch like that without shifting. I have to say that Caturix is one imposing Lycan. He must be at least 8’ tall and he is all muscle. His fur is as black as night. I wanted to pet him, but during an attack is not the time for shit like that. I run my hand through his hair, and I swear he starts to purr like a damn cat. I nearly ask him if he is purring, but I do not think he would appreciate being compared to a cat. “Aww you are purring.” I coo.

Smith’s POV “You are probably wondering why I am doing this. Melissa, you know I didn’t finish the story?” Melissa’s POV I have long forgotten the ending of the story, so I didn’t know whether he finished it or not. “The lion took care of the antelopes calves, just to later sacrifice them to other lions. That’s true revenge!” he said clasping my shoulder. A cold shiver and sweat ran down my back. “Do you know who Kate is?” he asked me. I really think that he has lost it. Kate is my son Albert’s girlfriend. “What do you mean?” I asked him.

Oak Tree

Oak Tree

Anyone except Richie maybe. Three days later, was our match. Once again, we had the same opponent school like Ryan’s team. Each team had its own name. A name of an animal. Actually, a name of a wild animal, just to show how dangerous each groups where. Our opponents where called the ‘Cobras’ while we were the ‘Black Cats’. Now here, black cats aren’t actually wild, but that’s all they could think of when they came across the cat species. Our topic wasn’t really a tough one. ‘School uniforms should not be enforced.’ Since we were in the favour of the motion, it was even easier.

"It was an angry cat, didn't you see me wiggling my butt." "Yeah..." Alex raised an eyebrow. "What was that for?" He asked. "My cat tail." She said in a 'durrh' tone. Minutes later, they said there goodbyes and headed out. "What do you want to grab for lunch today? Chinese or Italian?" In answer to that, Amanda stomach gave a low grumble. "I don't really care about that, I just want chicken, fried chicken." Alex laughed, shaking his head. "Chicken it-" "Jacinta!" Someone shouted from the other side of the street, waving his hands over to Amanda.

Humans Serve Cats

Humans Serve Cats

'880 grand. 880 grand. Dried fish snacks, tuna, a luxury cat tree,' I thought. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath as if to gather every ounce of strength I had. "M-Master." That single word flipped a switch. I saw Ian's pupils visibly contract behind his refined gold-rimmed glasses. His Adam's apple bobbed as though he were savoring the word. Several seconds passed before he finally forced out a reply. "Good."

Building the foundation of something that felt genuinely sustainable. The leather of the couch was cool against my back, but everything else in the room was burning. Eli was a heavy, solid weight pressing me down into the cushions, his hands framing my face like I was the only thing in the world that mattered. I could feel the ragged rhythm of his breathing against my neck, a hot, steady pulse that matched the frantic drumming in my own chest. "You have no idea," he rasped, his voice vibrating deep in his throat. He pulled back just enough to look me in the eye, and the intensity there was staggering—a mix of raw hunger and something so fiercely protective it made my breath hitch.
