DEFYING FATE

DEFYING FATE

Small stands of plantain and giant bird-of-paradise for privacy. Sage raised his brows as he noticed the doorway had taken some loving inspiration from its design, for it was not the standard ancient rectangular shape but the sort of archway that brought every eye upward. She followed him, and the old woman watched her carefully. "And who is this young miss, my sire?" "Oh, this is Sophie. My mate," Sage replied blankly. "This is amazing. Welcome, dear. Come sit here."

The Lost Luna of Mystic Shadows

The Lost Luna of Mystic Shadows

The way I have figured it, just the things that Sage has listed is worth close to one and half million alone. “Well, Katherine, where are the things she’s listed? The deed to the house included,” I asked. She snubbed up on me, and turned her head away. Not today, cupcake. I’ve already dealt with enough where the people in this pack are concerned, you aren’t pulling this childish shit on me. “Auntie, I suggest you answer him. Tristan isn’t one for games. Besides, aren’t you too old for that? It doesn’t become you,” Sage stated with sarcasm.

Mated To My Captor

Mated To My Captor

Cassidy says, and it is so close to a dry remark that Sage almost smiles. "Through Sage's laptop, which will remain open on this desk connected to the hotel wifi." He puts the room key card on the desk beside the laptop. "Don't open the door for anyone." Cassidy sits back down on the bed and picks up the radio from where she set it and I follow Dante out of the room and Sage comes after me with her laptop in her bag and we take the elevator down and out through the lobby and into the car park. The first address Sage sends us to takes eighteen minutes to reach and is a laundromat.

Beneath The Steel And Silk

Beneath The Steel And Silk

Maggie offered, exhaling a cloud of smoke. Sage cracked a smile, but her insides knotted with anxiety. “Appreciate it, Mags. But I need someone to keep the place standing while I try to fight for it.” She patted the café door for luck—an old habit—and crossed the parking lot to the community hall across the street, where the auction would take place. Her old boots scuffed against the pavement, a reminder that she didn’t belong in this polished, high-stakes world.

I instead messaged my sister Sage asking her to meet me at the shopping district. With my typical warrior gaurd in tow curtsey of my Gamma daughters rank, I spotted Sage wander towards me sipping an ice coffee. Sage was a witch wolf hybrid she had long blonde hair was short in stature but not quite as tiny as me, she had a quirky sense of style and today she wore black ripped jeans and a strippy black and white long sleeve cropped top with her mild riff on show. Her belly button and nose were pierced, and she had multiple earrings and studs in each ear. Sage's mother had been my father's first mate Sasha, and whilst we were all treated as complete equals in my dad's eyes, Sage definitely got

2/19/26 and there are 60 chapters. Its definitely NOT finished. Cliffhangers all around. Sage, Arthur and Marcus' story has been dragging since the 2nd book. Absolutely love all 3 stories, but will this one be completed, and will Sage get her own book?

Cattenach Ranch

Cattenach Ranch

It was a luxury never afforded to him. Parking next to the first post in a very long succession of fencing, Nakos dismounted while Nate glanced around. Olivia hadn't taken him this far south yet. The Laramie Mountains were clearer, peaking over the horizon like a fortress. Yellow grass in every possible direction was turning green as several heads of steer grazed over a slight hill. A two-story log cabin dotted the landscape just west. "Is that your place?" Nate jerked his chin toward the house. "Yes." The foreman unloaded two pine sections from the trailer and surveyed the fence. There was roughly eight feet between posts, with two horizontal boards making up the enclosure itself. "Mae had

Craved (Book #10 in the Vampire Journals)

Craved (Book #10 in the Vampire Journals)

And while he knew they would throw a fit when he said his goodbyes, at the end of the day, there was really nothing they could do about it. Sage turned and marched into the house, prepared to get it over with. He marched across the great living room, across the family room, dining room, and ascended the wide, twisting marble staircase that led to their master room. As he reached the top landing he saw the large double doors were open and walked into their thickly-carpeted room, floor to ceiling windows stretched out in a circle, overlooking the Hudson.

HIS BEAUTIFUL CAGE

HIS BEAUTIFUL CAGE

"We aren't going back to the estate. They’ll have the main gates pinned by dawn. Head for The Eyrie." "Sir, the safehouse hasn't been swept in six months," Vane cautioned, his hands tightening on the steering wheel until his knuckles were white. "It’s the only place they don't have on the map. Move." We veered off the main highway, the lights of the city fading into a blur of sickly orange and deep shadow. We began to climb. The road turned from asphalt to gravel, winding up into the jagged, pine-choked hills that bordered the state line. The trees pressed in on the SUV, their branches clawing at the glass like the fingers of the men we had left behind at the docks.

Eve and the Devilish Alpha

Eve and the Devilish Alpha

Sage moved in officially one rainy Tuesday, his few boxes blending into my house like they’d always belonged there. Then came the night that changed everything. It was a quiet Friday in early autumn. The leaves outside were turning gold and red, the air crisp enough to make the house feel cozy. Sage had been acting strange all week—distracted smiles, quick glances when he thought I wasn’t looking, phone calls he took in another room. I’d teased him about it, but he just kissed my forehead and said, “Patience.”

Honor in the House of Wolves

Honor in the House of Wolves

Dreyma and I were happy to participate. We had decorated some parts of the cabin and even bought a teapot as Sage’s birthday present. Dreyma’s counsellor had told her to celebrate her birthday now to try to look at the bright side of life and celebrate living so once again we were happy to carry it on. Dreyma’s birthday present had been curtains. Mine had been a rug. It livened up the place and allowed us to finally call these four walls home. “How did everyone’s day go?” Sage smiled, tapping her finger on her cup. Dreyma and I agreed on Sage’s next birthday we would try to find her a tea cup. The general store had some things but we hadn’t come across the finer detailed trinkets.
