CEO EX-HUSBAND REGRET

CEO EX-HUSBAND REGRET

I said finally, my voice cracked, and Simone immediately perched next to me, her hand resting on my knee. “Oh boy, if that dawg hurt you Imma….” “Simone, I was the one that fucked up.” I said, trying to hold in the tears. “What happened?” She asked with a frown on her face. I hesitated, saying it out loud felt like tearing the wound open, all over again. “He….he asked for a divorce.” “What?” Her eyes widened in disbelief. “Noah? Divorce? Are you serious?” I nodded and the dam finally broke, the tears came, hot and relentless. As I poured out the entire story, the kiss, the confrontations, my apologies and finally his devastating words.

PASSION AMONG MILLIONAIRES

PASSION AMONG MILLIONAIRES

I longed for divorce and I would get it. “I don't care that you tore up those papers, I'll get new ones, but you put the idea of divorce in my head, and now, I want a divorce Bill. Your actions have consequences, and your coldness has frozen my heart enough that I don't want to be with you anymore.” “Don't say words you'll regret, woman!”. “I would never regret speaking the truth, but you know what I regret?” I started up the stairs quickly. “That I didn't think about divorce sooner! I regret not messing with Brandon for real!”

TAKE A CHANCE ON ME

TAKE A CHANCE ON ME

“The divorce?!... This is unexpected and very important news... You can't tell me that you want the divorce like is something you're wiping out from your to-do list...” “Wow… what matters to you right now is how I'm telling you that I want the divorce?! My first instinct was to leave you a note and this way warned you about my future plans," she replied shaking her head, completely perplexed. “I should’ve listened to my instincts and save myself all this drama. How I regret not doing it. It would’ve spared me all this useless yelling.”

Super love the pacing of the story. How it showed Isabelle's agony with her parents' divorce then slowly revealing other characters. This is a highly recommended book since unlike the other stories I read, this book didn't give all the ideas in just one snap (makes the readers want to read more)

I really enjoyed this book. Your writing is really emotional & riveting. You write about difficult topics such as violence, domestic trauma, emotional trauma, human frailties with sensitivity & emotional caring, which is very tough to do well. I appreciate that you approach these matters in yr work.

Falling Through Lies

Falling Through Lies

If she could be so heartless, I didn’t have to stay devoted to her anymore. So, I replied, “Fine. I’ll send you the divorce papers right now.” She clearly didn’t expect me to speak up like that. Hearing the word “divorce” coming from my mouth stunned her. After all, I had always been her doormat, before the wedding and after. For a second, she froze. Then, she snapped, furious, “If you divorce me, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life!” Honestly, I would regret it. In fact, I regretted that I hadn’t figured everything out sooner. If I had, I wouldn’t have been breaking my back working just to support her and her ex-boyfriend.

Billionaire's Broken Trust

Billionaire's Broken Trust

Although I could have chosen to relocate, I knew Natalie would accept it, but my father wouldn't. Chris had been asking for the CEO position, and now that I was back, I had to hold the conference meeting and announce to them that I was still the CEO of H.W. Global. I went into my wife's room and found her on her bed, sobbing. "Babe," I said as I walked up to her, and she continued to cry. "Frank, let's get a divorce," she said, and my eyes narrowed at her. "We won't get a divorce, and I don't know why you're crying over this. You will get pregnant, okay? Just calm down," I comforted her, sitting beside her on the bed and hugging her close.

His Sassy Secretary: Lia’s Revenge

His Sassy Secretary: Lia’s Revenge

It was the truth. “You want a divorce?” I asked, my voice choking. Kent jmwd his teeth together, as such his jaw buldged. “I'm sorry, Ophelia. Believe me when I said I wanted this to work.” From the corner of my eyes I saw Sara toll her eyes. I looked down. I had always prided myself for being able to stay composed in drastic situation. That was why I had been able to manage a company as big as Bigots. It was this skill that landed me the position of CEO. But right now, I could hardly get it together.

Cheers to the New Year and the End of Us

Cheers to the New Year and the End of Us

Then, he finally lost his temper and shouted after me, "Grace! Where the hell are you going to go after divorcing me? Back to your parents? Don't forget, you cut ties with them years ago! "Get back here! I never agreed to a damn divorce!" I ignored him, got in my car, and drove straight to the office. After clearing my desk, I marched to HR and handed in my resignation. "Mrs. Grant, are you sure about this?" Daisy Newell, the HR manager, took one look at my expression and guessed what was happening. Her grip tightened on the form as she hesitated. "Yes," I replied. I understood her hesitation. Everyone knew I was the CEO's wife even if I'd always kept work and personal life separate.

Seducing My Husband's Arch-enemy!

Seducing My Husband's Arch-enemy!

There is a forced hush in the yard, Mum’s eyes is wide as saucers. “Daniel Flanagan, what is it about divorce you do not understand? We…” I point at him, then at myself, “are divorced. So because I am becoming a CEO, sorry, because I am now a CEO, you think you can gaslight and waltz your way back in with an insincere apology that you did not even give when I found you guilty?” I scoff, “Do you want me to tell them all what you did? With Cecelia, your ‘ordinary’ secretary?” I roll my eyes and whisper to him, “Or do you want me to tell them how you sent your wife into the hands of another man because of a business deal you were to wimpy to get for yourself?”

My Ex-Husband’s Regret

My Ex-Husband’s Regret

he asked politely. He wasn't forcing me, and I know he must have thought of this long enough before calling me over. It wasn't a bad idea but I was scared that I wasn't ready. I just came out of a disastrous relationship and if the word comes out that I am divorced while I am the CEO then I wouldn't want to imagine what it would do to my father's reputation. “I know that papa but I think it’s too…..” I couldn’t find the right word to say.
