He noticed the ball of white energy floating above her palms and his face contorted into a frown. “This dome is your doing, are you a witch?” he asked cautiously. “Khione.” Syrana replied curtly and stepped out fully away from Xanth. “I’m a Khione, and a friend to Queen Vixra, we will go with you.”

I shyly smiled. "My name is Quiva." I said then he smiled. "Oh yeah! Right! Quiva! Nice name!" He said enthusiastically. I laughed at him. He really looks so similar to Nicholas. I think these two are twins, huh! "Come in." I said then walked a few steps for him to enter. He entered and closed the door himself.

I inserted my fangs roughly and he hissed. "Are vampires always so vicious, damn female?" he mumbled and walked us over to a couch. I fed and noticed another man walking toward us. "Who is the female?" he questioned. "Sphinx's mate and she's super hungry, let her have some of yours," Ryker grins at Quinn. The white and black-haired man sat next to me and smiled. "I'm Quinn and you can drink from me now," he grins and offers me his wrist. I removed my fangs and licked the wound closed.

Beyond him, Kian has been restrained by two shadows, although he’s still fighting to break free. A fatal flaw in our makeup, I think, focusing on my breaths so I don’t pass out from lack of oxygen. That’s how much I hate him right now. “Hold it, asshole!” Xander called out to him, his voice sounding furious and stern. Brian’s had no choice but to halt his movement and turn to face Xander. He leaned on the couch, gazing at Brian condescendingly, making him look like a child who was called into the principal's office.
