I jumped onto the bed, pulling the blankets around me, and closed my eyes. Sleep came easily, and with it, the dreams. Vivid, strange dreams that danced through my mind like fragments of a forgotten story. Faces I couldn’t quite recognize, voices that seemed familiar yet distant. I dreamed of Chloe, of her tear-streaked face and the fear that gripped her. I dreamed of Chris, of his lifeless body on the ground, the blood pooling around him. And I dreamed of the message Chloe had received, the one that had terrified her so much.

Caitlyn awoke with a start, her heart racing and her breath sharp in her chest. The remnants of the dream clung to her like a fog she couldn’t shake. In the darkness of her mind, flashes of an ancient, buried temple had danced before her eyes. She saw a chained wolf, its eyes glowing with a deep, unnerving hunger, surrounded by an endless blackness. And then, her own reflection—a version of herself that wasn’t quite right—whispering, “It’s not over.”

Veyra's sleep was restless that night, tangled in the web of dreams. As always, they were dark and cryptic, a reflection of the chaos that stirred inside her. Her body was still, but her mind raced, locked in an endless dance of shadows and light. The familiar sensation of a presence far more powerful than anything she had encountered before lingered in the dream, like a weight on her chest. The image was clear—a pair of eyes, silver flames flickering at the edges, burning through her thoughts. A voice, like cracked stone, whispered to her, "The chains are breaking."

The entire night was filled with surreal and fragmented dreams—none of them forming a coherent story. In one of the dreams, Miranda cradled a chubby, smiling baby in her arms. Behind her stood a tall, gentle man, softly encircling her waist, quietly reminding her to watch her step. But when she turned to look at him, he vanished. All that remained was an endless field of wild grass, stretching as far as her eyes could see. No trace of the man, no one to turn to.

I hung up at once. Then I turned to my secretary, my voice calm. “Terminate every partnership with Pierce Group. Once the capital withdrawal is complete, redirect all funds to Langford Group.” The office fell quiet again. I turned back. Miles was still sitting on the sofa with his head down, fiddling over and over with the bandage I had just wrapped. I sighed. “How about I teach you a game?” Miles looked up. A thin mist clung to his eyes as he stared at me in confusion.

I fell to the ground staring at the bright sky. So this is how I was going to die. I smiled to myself. At least it wasn't as horrific as the others. I was crazy even at my dying moment. I start feeling dizzy, black spots covered my vision. Goodbye world. My eyes slid shut hearing the last words that didn't make any sense. *this is your future* Then I woke up.

I quickly drift off to sleep. Not surprisingly, my sleep is filled with nightmares, each one more terrifying than the last. The visions are incredibly vivid: snarling werebears surround me in an ever-tightening circle; a giant roc ensnares me in its talons and carries me to its mountaintop nest; fearsomely ugly ogres tie me to a spit and begin roasting me over a blazing fire. The dreams all have the same thing in common—I’m about to meet some horrifying doom. I sure hope that my as yet unrevealed Power doesn’t turn out to be precognition!

I do not know if it is one person or several, as I do not see a body. At times I see flashes, but not enough for me to know their gender.”

But it's okay if they are handsome a wide grin form on my face thinking the way Klaus scream REBBEKAH.

I flopped back unto the chair like a rag doll. Damn! I was messed up now. I picked up my phone and winced at the bright light that hit my eyes. What! The time said 13 midnight. But that can't be right, so I shook my head to clear the cobwebs, but that just made me dizzy. Everywhere was spinning. I tried standing up again, but slipped and fell. I cackled gleefully. This was hilarious. I decided to lay on the floor and blacked out thereafter. ***********
