Rolling his eyes, he just keeps shoving the popcorn in his mouth and enjoying the movie. Charlotte sighs lying down on the couch while kicking her legs in the air. “ Stop doing this! You are disturbing me!" He complaints. “ It's so boring. Let's watch a horror movie! Ughh!! I miss my cutie husband. He would have brought me Ice cream and let me watch a horror movie!" She said wailing fakely while disturbing Joshua in every way possible.

Mirabel reassured, it's been a while since she communicated with Charlotte because most of the time she calls, Charlotte would be busy by then and at work, and vice versa. "So, what's up, how are you doing? You said something about a drama a few weeks ago when we conversed" Charlotte said and entered the elevator. "About that, I'm coming to Country A in the next few weeks, that's where the movie would be filmed," Mirabel said. The woman stayed quiet for a long second and then she spoke again, her voice full of a promise that made me sit up straight. “I know a way to help you get your way, Zachary,” she said, and I could practically hear the smirk in her voice. “I know a way to get the obstacle out of your path so that she finally sees you as the only option she has left, and I think we can both agree that Killian Belmont has stayed in the picture for far too long.” I felt a sudden, dangerous spark of hope flare up in my chest and I forgot about the headache and the alcohol and the disappointment for a moment.

She looked around the lounge and looked at me. "The goddess favoured you, Scarlett. You deserve the favour," she said, and I led her to a couch. We sat, and I ordered them to bring her juice and sherbet. It was a sweet delicacy that I had come to adore. "I see Alpha Keith is doting on you," Martha said, and I smiled at her, but there was sadness in her eyes.

She misses Xavier so much and craved to have just a glimpse of him. "What are you doing? Get moving, we don't have much time to waste." "What's up with you, dude? I never said I won't move, watch how you speak to me." Charlotte hissed, and marched to the entrance. The attendant welcomed them, with a wide grin plastered on her face. Charlotte was trying to give her a sign, but she was not getting it. "What do you want ma'am? I can help you pick them out." "I need some sexy wears, something short and sexy." She replied, and the attendant giggled.

Even in this fight, Charlotte had been pushed to be nothing but a spectator. Charlotte blinked back the tears that threatened to come out. She hated this. It was a sign of her everlasting weakness. Even as she imagined this horrible future, she still didn’t have it in her to fight back. All she could do was cry. She hated the tears, but they always came anyway. A bright light shone so close to her and disappeared immediately like a flash. Charlotte turned to the direction it had come from. It was exactly that, a flash from a digital camera, not even a phone.
