Even so, the lady remained silent, expecting attention that never came. After a while, Gabriella finished packing. Holding the suitcase in her hand, she stood looking at Cherry and sighed in pity. “What kind of man would reject a girl like this? Is he stupid or brainless?” A second later, Gabriella approached the lady. Carefully, she pulled the blanket to cover the exposed body. Right at that moment, Cherry raised her eyelids. As soon as she saw Gabriella, her hand reflexively slapped the woman's cheek. “How dare you touch me!” Without feeling guilty, she showed anger.

Suddenly, Chantelle's eyes fluttered open, and she looked up at Delcan. A smile spread across her face, and she reached up to touch his cheek. "Hi," she said softly. Delcan felt his heart skip a beat. He had never seen her look at him like that before. "I didn't mean to wake you," he said, his voice low and gentle. Chantelle sat up and took his hand in hers. "You didn't," she said. "I was just resting my eyes." She looked down at the outfit she was wearing and blushed. "What do you think?"

She was longer than her and the heels under her feet towered her on Hazel. “There’s no time to remember God. He’s ready to listen anytime.” Hazel told her, her voice coming low, and her manner was polite as always. “Hm, sharp tongue, I see.” She smirked, earning a confused look from Hazel. Sharp? That was just a fact! And since when politeness became sharp, she wondered but decided not to voice out. The cunning and sharp lady on heels seemed annoyed already. “I’m Gabriella, Christian’s fiancee. What about you?” She quickly extended her hand, introducing herself as she was desperate to know the name of the girl standing in front of her. Jealousy kicked her butt brutally.

He pulled his gaze from Alexa’s face to catch the sight of a small brunette girl barrel headfirst into his mate's arms. Gabriella Winters, who was now eight years old, with a head full of chocolate curls, sparkling blue eyes, and a smile that was almost as contagious as the one on Alexa’s face, was caught effortlessly by the redhead, whose arms gave a small quiver, but the grip on the little girl never faltered.

We both hold the chair at the same time. “Babe who is she?” the girl asks. “Kisha stop calling me Babe. That girl beside you is my mate and the Luna of my pack. She’s Slade Angel, remember?” Gabriel says. Finally, he introduced me to this girl and I remember her, she’s our pack doctor’s daughter. Kisha. She changed a lot. The timid, shy girl is now bold and what can I say, hmmmmm. Liberated? Judging by her looks and how she dresses up, she’s like the second version of Danna.

I stood stilled, shocked and speechless. "Does he know iam a maid here?Does he know Mr&Mrs Raphael? My head suddenly became heavy as fear gripped me, fear of being caught as a maid daughter. He broke the silence, "Kelsi?What are you doing here?" He asked, his eyes traveled from my face to my hand which was visibly shaking the book I was holding. "Uhm...say something! Say something!" I begged my brain. "Oh Hello Lexy, I uhm...... I came on a visit it's getting late already, I need to get going" I laughed nervously.

Isabella's POV She thinks for a while, and she is trying to answer my question seriously. "Hmm I don't know, Izzy... really..." she exhales.
