Betrayed By The Billionaire

Betrayed By The Billionaire

Chloe glanced at him once, her eyes cold and distant, before returning to her puzzle. Xavier’s irritation peaked. Was he truly less important than a pile of waste paper? He didn't realize that the book he had shredded was a one-of-a-kind volume left to her by Charles Bishop. It contained her father’s private insights on the Bishop Group, a treasure more valuable to her than any Grayson asset.

PRETEND YOU MINE

PRETEND YOU MINE

"The woman in the painting is called Lady Percival, right? Isn't Percival the knight who found the Holy Grail in the King Arthur legend?" "Good God, Ethan!" She grabbed my arm in excitement. "Of course! Percival ...it's her story. You figured it out! Lady Percival is holding a very rare book in- deed. I knew it was something special! One of the first King Arthur stories ever written down; all the way back in the twelfth century. That book is Chrétien de Troyes's The Story of Perceval and the Grail." She gazed at the painting, her face glowing with happiness and pure joy, and I reached for my mobile and snapped a picture of her. A magnificent profile shot of Brynne smiling at her Lady Perciva

She put the book down and grabbed her lap top, Hugh looked up at her sudden movement. “Something wrong?” he asked, frowning. “A name has just come up in this book that I’m sure we’ve come across before.” Annie scanned through all the photos of the documents they had processed so far. It took her about an hour to find it but there it was, Bouillon. According to the Templar documents Godfrey de Bouillon was a wolf and second in command to the Templar Alpha in 1307. The spelling was different but the name was the same. Annie read on, he had been one of the wolves who had fled across the English Channel with Menai’s relics and carried them to safety to the Highlands.

Knight and the Modern Damsel

Knight and the Modern Damsel

Isuel peeked his head out from Jun's arms and growled at the guys approaching them. "Nothing in particular beautiful, we just thought to invite you for a drink" A guy from behind voiced out. Jun swallowed a whimper coming out of him in fear. He pulled his neutral face and smiled at the group, "Ah..no thank you. I don't drink. Now if you'll excuse me" Jun tried to move past the group when one of the guys caught hold of his arm making Iseul freefall on the sand. "Let me go" Jun tried pulling his hand off the guy's hold but he was way stronger than him. Isuel started barking at the group and tried to attack one of their legs. "This shit is really annoying" The big guy growled kicking Isuel far

"With your potential, I'll very much love to work with you someday, if you will like me to, that is. The reason why I join my friend in the plea." Eloïse unconsciously fiddled with her fingernails. "No rush. Take your time. We only hope for an affirmative reply next time." He exhibited his luring, infectious smile once again. "And hope to see you sooner. N'est-ce pas, Léo?" Léo nodded. "Not to precipitate you, I just thought I should let you know that I was able to disclose your handy to Julien Vauthier and he'll be very much delighted to receive you, any time."

Becoming My Ex's Mother in Law

Becoming My Ex's Mother in Law

Chevalier called out for us to come in. Mr. Chevalier’s office was surprisingly small for a top-notch criminal lawyer, featuring no windows and only two chairs besides his own. A water cooler took up one corner of the room, and a large bookshelf covered two of the other three. I grabbed a cup of water before sitting in one of the incredibly uncomfortable chairs.

BRATVA'S OBSESSION

BRATVA'S OBSESSION

Taking in a deep breath, I twisted the door handle to his study. Louis sat on a plush brown leather couch with arms spread across the couch leisurely and his legs crossed. Mr Chevalier sat behind the mahogany table, rimmed glasses hung on his nostrils as he regards me. His sharp grey eyes, quiet power emitting from him. “Nurse Josephine, its good to see you well...” Louis snickers, eyes travelling across my firm with disdain. “Come here.” Mr Chevalier’s voice sliced through the silence. I obeyed immediately, walking up to the desk with my eyes snapping down to what was on the table. My breath hitches.

I do rate this book at five star but really don’t rate the way you only put up a chapter once a month. You started this book over seven months ago and you only on chapter 66. I really do understand. That you have a normal life but us readers do pay to read these books and it’s not fair on us ...

Keeper Of A Warlord’s Heart

Keeper Of A Warlord’s Heart

It was all happening too fast, but Erriene made sure every word he said was as smooth and well constructed as always. Chevelle knew him since he was a child, and he would notice if Erriene lost his footing now, and made a fool of himself. He had to act as if this was his plan all along, marrying Alarick, but that the part where Chevelle confronted him was completely unexpected. Because Chevelle still saw him as a pure and innocent child, he made sure to widen his eyes and clutch at his heart, like a royal, wounded prince would. As they discussed, Chevelle snarled and attacked from all the sides. He fired questions like an archery master, and they were as specific as Erriene would expect of a

The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)

The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)

What could it hurt, after all? "I am a Reaver," I purred, my voice low and smooth. Roxy's eyes widened, a flicker of surprise dancing across her face. I was certain she had stumbled upon the chapters detailing my kind in the book she'd been reading. Three entire chapters were devoted to Reavers, and they were nestled near the beginning of the book. Given that she was now halfway through, I assumed she had already devoured those particular pages.
