The Immortal Emperor Returns

The Immortal Emperor Returns

But Chu Xun, in just one day, had made the brilliant Liu Family fall from the clouds to the earth, and would soon fall into hell. "It is a good painting." Chu Xun stared at the painting of a tiger hanging on the wall, behind the desk. The tiger was on top of a boulder and roaring at the forest. The momentum of its strength was obvious in the painting. It looked powerful and frightening. The amiable old man was stunned for a moment, and then he said with a smile, "If you like it, I will give it to you." "Thanks!" Chu Xun sat down and motioned Azure Dragon in.

Forever Enchanted By You

Forever Enchanted By You

"I'll be right out, can you wait for me? I need to close the windows." Yihai nodded and went out. Immediately he was out the door, Jaesung sighed and sat on his bed, gripping his hair. "That was close, mum you nearly gave me a heart attack." He reached for his drawer and opened it, bringing out the sketchbook with the sketch of an eye on the first page, a very familiar eye. He opened it and smiled at it and his silly fantasies that would never come true. His favorite now was a recent painting of Yukei holding his hands as they walked under a cherry blossom shower. He laughed at how he thought it was a good idea to paint them in traditional Joseon era hanboks. It just fit the mood, he thinks.

Breaking Daddy's Rules

Breaking Daddy's Rules

“I already sketched like five versions. My wrist is dying. I could sue you, you know that, right?” I laughed, dropping a pillow on his lap. “Tyler, you’ve drawn five ideas that all look like three different episodes of RuPaul’s Drag Race.” “Okay, rude, but also… fair,” he muttered, flipping to another page. “I just want something fresh. Something dramatic but wearable.” “You’ll find it,” Chloe said, then flopped back onto the centre rug. “You always do.” There was a beat of silence before Tyler sighed and tossed his sketchpad onto the coffee table. “Alright. Let’s shift gears for a second. My birthday’s coming up, and I’ve been thinking…”

CHASING THE CARPENTER'S HEART

CHASING THE CARPENTER'S HEART

Chatrine stepped inside carrying a cup of warm coffee, its bitter aroma immediately filling the room. “I brought coffee.” She approached the desk and placed the cup beside him before her eyes drifted toward the scattered sketches. Even though she had already provided him with a modern design tablet and digital stylus, Liam still preferred beginning with pencil and paper. For a true artist, there was something irreplaceable about the touch of hand drawn lines. “I like this design,” Chatrine said while pointing toward one sketch, a chair whose curved backrest resembled the archway of a classic mosque, balanced with sleek modern legs.

The wife he left behind

The wife he left behind

Priya unfolded it slowly, and laid it on the table. It was, exactly as she’d described, a child’s drawing. Rough lines, the kind only a very young child draws, a square house with a triangle roof, smoke coming from a chimney in careful zigzags, and outside it, standing in a row, six small stick figures, each one slightly different, each one clearly meant to be a specific person even though none of them had faces drawn in. Underneath, in careful, uneven child’s handwriting, the words Priya had quoted.

Gen YA
The storyline is good but I hope the author should refrain from so many redundant repetitive words, dialogues, side thoughts, actions of the characters, which are becoming an annoyance, tiresome to read further, just be direct with the story.
Araceli Rocio
Chapter 32 and I cannot stop. A very young boy deciding to find everyone the world forgot, it sounds simple until you’re actually reading it and realising how profound it is. Dave doesn’t feel like a fictional child. He feels completely real. And every chapter ends right, this book is amazing!!!

A Deal With the Arrogant Billionaire

A Deal With the Arrogant Billionaire

Yara confessed, laughing. "You are such silly. What do you have there?" Lolita caught sight of Yara's sketchpad. Yara looked down on her laps and smiled shyly. It wa one of her numerous sketchpad which was solely dedicated to nature. She wasn't a great artist, so she just made imperfect sketches about clouds, mountains and the sun! when it is setting. She did even know how she did it bit whenever she sketched and people happen to go through it, they make random remarks about it having a soul.

UNQUENCHABLE CRAVINGS

UNQUENCHABLE CRAVINGS

“I don't know currently, I'll tell you later. And you can't laugh not tell anyone, not even Carmen, Promise??” This must be something great, since Carmen must not see it. “You've my words, simply get your ass up and allow me to see.” Katie sat in her seat and Robert got on one knee close to her with his elbow on the desk. She lifted the cover a portion of an inch, then shut it. “Try not to chuckle.” Robert didn't giggle or say anything. The drawing was of a female champion with her feet broadly planted and her arms over her head, using a giant club. She was wearing boots that went dependent upon her knees, and that's it.

WHO’S EXCITED ABOUT HOMECOMING? Chloe looked closer at the painting she drew a few days ago. She already drew the burning house which happened in real. It’s still hard to believe it. Is she physic? “Did you buy the dress?” Sara leaned closer near Chloe’s bench in drawing class. “What dress are you talking about?” Chloe asked, didn’t take her eyes off her painting. She is painting a princess. This time, her drawing is under her control.

His Rejected Mate, His Contract Wife

His Rejected Mate, His Contract Wife

"What does your new friend look like, Heidi?" Heidi proudly lifted her drawing. It was a crude, childish sketch of a very tall figure standing between two giant green trees. The figure was colored completely in dark gray and black crayons, but the most unsettling part was the face. Heidi had used a bright yellow crayon to draw two massive, perfectly round circles for the eyes.
