Taming A Hockey Rebel

Taming A Hockey Rebel

“Uh, no. Hard pass, man.” “Why?” Ryder looked completely confused. “Because I enjoy having functioning bones.” Ryder let out a laugh. “Come on, you look like you’d make the team. You’ve even got the build.” “Yeah, and you’ve got the build to wrestle bears. Doesn’t mean you should.” Clint leaned back in his own chair, taking a muffin out of his saucer and biting into it. “Besides, I think I prefer to watch and cheer from the stands. With my girlfriend of course.” He added after a few beats, and I almost didn’t hear because of how almost full his mouth was.

The White Wolf

The White Wolf

Honorably, I gave him a warning growl, baring my teeth. “Come on, pretty girl. Give Clint a kiss.” With his face pressed against the cage and arm extended, I snapped at his hand and bit. Fully charged, Clint was blown backward. Dead before he hit the floor. The men milling around stopped and stared as if Clint were playing a joke.

Second Chance at Life and Love

Second Chance at Life and Love

There was an unusually merciless aura emanated from his stout figure. Barton seemed to become bolder upon noting his lack of response. He began to tear away at Zara’s clothes like a hyena. Zara screamed in fear. She resisted as much as she could but she was no match for a large and strong man like Barton. Just when she was finally about to submit to her fate, she heard a deafening gunshot. Barton suddenly let out a pig-like wail. Tyler had shot him in the buttocks. A spurt of bright red blood immediately oozed out, staining the carpet a deep red.

I Stole The Billionaire's Heart

I Stole The Billionaire's Heart

“What do you want, Clint?” I heard high-pitched laughter come from across the cafeteria and rolled my eyes. Marina Lancaster’s laughter was the loudest, most piercing thing I’d ever heard. It was the most recognizable laugh, too. I saw Clint’s eye flinch, but then a grin appeared on his face. I didn’t like that grin, either. It made me shift in my seat, uncomfortable in his presence. That was the grin of Satan himself. Who had a plan to do something to destroy me in front of a cafeteria full of people. Where the fuck are Allison and Michael?

Family First, Revenge Next

Family First, Revenge Next

Barry glanced at Clinton and said, "Clinton, do you have a death wish, too? He might not understand how it works here, but you do. Both of you—kneel outside now. I'll deal with you when I'm done here!" Surprisingly, Clinton broke down when he heard those words. He crawled to Barry and pleaded, "Mr. Barry, please! This man is here to cause you trouble. I followed your orders about Wyatt and his family, but he showed up and killed my men. He forced me to bring him here! "Mr. Barry, you have to do something!" Barry's face darkened as he glared at Matthias, his tone angry. "You're digging your own grave! I ordered them to trouble Wyatt and his family, yet you dared help them? How dare you disres

Alpha Clinton

Alpha Clinton

His hands clawed at me, but I bared my teeth, daring him to continue. With a final blow, I knocked him out. I stood up and fought with the others, all the while my eyes kept drifting towards where Clinton was. Falcon was high on alert, wanting to make sure that her mate was alright. Minutes later, all the rogues were dead except one. I was wounded, but it was nothing I wouldn’t heal from soon enough. I’d always been a fast healer. I watched as Clinton transformed, his face a battlefield of rage. A shiver ran through my spine as my eyes trailed down his body, stopping on his huge dick. It didn't help that Falcon chose that moment to send lewd images of me and Clinton.

Man's Best Wingman

Man's Best Wingman

He assured as the bartender glared at him and kept glaring till Trevor sat at the other end of the room. “You good?” He asked. “Yeah. Thanks.” I assured with a sigh, downing the second shot. “A tequila kind of night, Xenia? I thought I had a bad night.” A voice I know and unlike Trevor’s sent the good kind of shivers down my spine greeted from behind me. The bartender arched a brow watching to be sure this wouldn’t be round two of douchey guys. What is Clay doing here? Isn’t he supposed to be having a threesome with two skanks somewhere? I sighed and shook my head at the bartender, so he knew it was okay.

Is that really how the book ends? It's a really good book but to end it that way... Especially with the trauma the two main characters seperately endured... Feels wrong to deprive the reader from getting to have that HEA with the characters.

Another wonderful book!! I have laughed so hard it hurts and this is not just a nod to romance, But Life getting in the way and our animals fully taking over and inserting themselves when we aren't brave enough to do it ourselves. Absolutely brilliant!!!

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

They heard Master Xeinmi somewhere, boasting with his arms spread like wings. Barbie rolled her eyes as she went out of the train. "This old man just wouldn't shut up with his useless talks. If I can only stick electricity in his butt." Clive laughed loudly and Zabdiel joined in. Lucian and Kieran met up with them. Lucian looked terrible while Kieran looked great. Barbie smiled. "Heyyy, Luci. Still not used to your transportation sickness, huh?" She teased. "You're... In a good mood," Lucian had trouble speaking.

This gave me a great fantasy-themed anime vibes, those series which took place in an entirely different world with loads of adventure to occur. Those who are into adventures with multiple unique characters to choose from would defo enjoy reading this piece.

A Knight's Promise

A Knight's Promise

Genji said as he pulled out his holo phone. “DON'T YOU DARE SEND IT TO MAIKA AND GET ME OUT OF HERE NOW!” Clayton shouted. Genji and Willow rolled their eyes as they laughed at the sergeant as they tried to pull him out by grabbing his center and groin plate. “I will hand it to you Clay despite Esmeralda blowing up. I am more impressed that you didn’t get torn in half by that explosion.” “Well Bossman I am awesome and I got plot armor!” Clayton bragged. “I would not count on it, you are merely a lucky mortal.” The Demon grunted.

Second Marriage to Mr. Rich

Second Marriage to Mr. Rich

Of course, this was a decision Bart had made after conducting a thorough background check on Shane Kingston. Bart wore a floral shirt. The open collar revealed an amulet hanging from his neck and his toned chest. His torso was covered in tattoos. He leaned over a pool table as he aimed at his next ball. When he sensed someone enter the room, he smirked while making his move. Then, he said in stilted Endorian, "Welcome, Mr. Kingston." He was alone in the spacious room. Sean chuckled and walked over to the couch, where he sat with his legs crossed elegantly. "You said you wanted to meet with me, didn't you? What now?"

This book should have gotten a 10 rating instead of 8. It’s unique and very different from most stories that always gotten married for 3, 4 or 5 years and gotten divorced, with the female lead always waitingforthe male lead to come home and eat her prepared dinner only to be presented with a divorce
