My Endless Sorrow

My Endless Sorrow

Or maybe it was me. Lucas stood frozen, unmoving. I took a deep breath and wiped my tears away with trembling fingers. “Even if I were truly guilty, these five years have cost me everything—my parents, my brother, five unborn children, and the betrayal and torment from the man I loved! “No crime, no matter how grave, could demand greater penance! And the truth is, I didn’t kill Grandma!" The sobs tore through me before I forced myself to steady. "I’m exhausted. Now that you’ve seen the truth, just… leave."

Forsaken

Forsaken

It was tied to this place, to the Underworld. “I have to try again,” Ava said, her voice stronger this time. Hayden opened his mouth to protest, but Ava didn’t wait. She placed her hands back on the altar, bracing herself for the surge of energy. It came again, more powerful this time, but she didn’t pull away. She let it flow through her, grounding herself in the connection. Slowly, the carvings on the altar began to shift, glowing with an eerie light. The air around them crackled with energy as the seal on the ancient text began to break.

Punished by His Love

Punished by His Love

Jade instantly cried when she heard her daughter said that, “Child, what are you talking about?! You’re so understanding, you won’t die! You won’t die!” Old Master Shaw always turned around and comforted his granddaughter, “Selene, my good granddaughter. You must think of it this way. You using her kidneys would release her from purgatory. This would be a charity that she had done. Otherwise, a person who had done so much evil like her would certainly fall into the abyss of hell one day. You have saved her!” Selene obediently looked at her grandpa, “I understood it, Grandpa, but… she is not willing. What should we do?”

Genevieve Herbin
Excellent! I have been reading this book for months and I can’t put it down. I enjoy it and wish you would not make me wait so long to continue reading the next chapters. It is repetitive a lot but I can skip over to get to the important part. I will give you a 4.5 because of the repetitiveness.

The Alpha's Punishment

The Alpha's Punishment

My mom nodded her head and motioned for him to continue. “I feel drawn to her, there are faint tingles and her scent is nice but none of it is as strong as it should be.” Adam looked as though he was on the verge of tears. He had wanted his mate for so long and saved all of his firsts for her. He must be devastated at the thought there might be something wrong. My mom poured Adam a glass of water, sliding it over to him along with a tissue. Adam clutched the tissue although he refused to let the tears collecting in his eyes fall.

Blood Bound

Blood Bound

I guess she won’t be waking up any time soon like last time. I looked at her ring. The soft red glow was still on it, slowly fading. As it died, I did what I thought was best. I took it off her. Note: Dryads are tree spirits born with oak trees and grow with them. They live for exactly 1000 years and after passing their duty to an offspring they die of old age after which the tree also begins to die. In natural order, the spirit will die first, then the tree. The dryad’s oversee the forests and that no wrong entity tries to enter the magic realm. Although there are times they can fail too.

Soul Lovers

Soul Lovers

Walking forward slowly, shadowed in moonlight, his green glowing aura so heavy it seemed to bend time. There was a darkness inside Peirce now. It pulled at Dryad like gravity. Not the absence of light, but the devouring of meaning. A silent promise that everything you are will vanish if you look too long. “Where am I?! Who are you?! Why am I here?!” Dryad screamed in fear, broke into panicked shrieks as he scrambled away. “I don’t know! I don’t know what I did!” But Peirce didn’t stop. His fist curled tight, his arms shaking—not with exertion, but with the need to not kill. Yet everything around him begged for release.

The Alpha's Wolfless Mate

The Alpha's Wolfless Mate

he said, his voice resolute, “What must I do?“ Penny’s eyes hardened, her voice filled with determination. “You must face your fears, Draven. You must accept the burden of your past, and embrace the power within you. It will be a journey into the heart of your own darkness, but it is the only path to freedom.“ Draven nodded, his heart pounding, a mixture of dread and determination coursing through his veins. He knew the path ahead wouldn”t be easy, but he was ready, ready to face his fears, to break free from the shackles of his curse, ready to embrace a future where he could be the alpha his pack deserved, the father his child deserved. He followed Penny into the tent, ready to face his des

The Lycans' Broken Luna

The Lycans' Broken Luna

Everyone stood straight with their heads lifted facing the altar, where the three males, who were taller and bigger than any other members of this pack, were already there. They stood side by side facing all the pack members who filled this very spacious field. The three of them wore dark brown trousers that matched the color of the wood and Showed off their muscles and eight-pack abs which made the girls stunned, drooling and screaming internally seeing how perfect the three men were. “…And their fateful mate, Cyllina, The Dryad from Elden Wood, Myth Heaven….” Everyone gasped and held their breath. They already knew that Lilly was actually a Dryad. However, some have never seen her directl

Elder Dryad’s other name was Nanny, and she was scare in the very least. She took no nonsense from anybody including Alpha Dario, so one knew not to cross her. ~~~~ “I’m tired”. Marissa groaned, as she fell out of the meduatatung position the elder put her in. It had been 3 days now since she started training with elder Dryad, and every single day were hours of mediation. My Blood Wizard System

My Blood Wizard System

Dacia (dry): “Still not my title, monk. But I’ll take the respect.” She turns to me. Dacia: “Twenty percent got you through the first test. Twenty-five will keep you breathing through the next one. Ready?” I nod. Rowan and Kayo take positions at the edge of the orchard, wards flaring gold and black. Dacia steps forward until our foreheads touch. Dacia: “Close your eyes. Let me in.” The world drops away. Five thousand new syllables flood my skull at once—older than mountains, sharper than glass.
