A massive fissure split the valley, and a wave of pure, revitalizing violet energy erupted from the crack, washing over the battlefield. The infected wolves collapsed, the purple light leaving their eyes as the Architect’s hold snapped. The warmth hit her instantly, soothing her nerves.
