(Cara's POV) In my dream, I kneeled before a white-haired man, surrounded by a few people that I was sure I had never seen before, but strangely, they felt familiar. "Catalyn of the Red Blood Pack, you have proven yourself once more, and finally, we believe you have all the qualities to become one of our warriors, the first ever female to become a warrior," he said, his voice filled with pride. I rose to my feet, a wide smile on my face. The people applauded; they all had the same look of pride in their eyes.

Now I know where. Warrior’s are usually the offspring of high ranking creatures. The firstborn always follow their parents, and the rest become warriors to feel useful. Especially for women, if they don’t find their mate when they’re of age, they’re considered disgraceful. “It was her choice,” he answers. I can see he’s telling the truth. I don’t think she has a mate, so becoming a warrior is her only option if she doesn’t want to be looked down upon as a failure.

' He grinned at her, he truly was loving the Warrior life, living outdoors, training every day, and building up a camaraderie with his men and women which brought him to what he wanted to talk to her about, 'Come, we need some privacy’ He nodded at Carrick who took the younger children to see their father and led her back into his quarters, 'There is someone I would like you to meet Mama.' He opened the flap of his tent and inside was a stunningly beautiful young woman, her hair was the c

’ ‘Just say the word, and I will show her the right way to treat a Luna with my fist. “I am born to become one. First of all, my parents are warriors. Second, I have the blood of a warrior. Kathy could prove to you that I am a great fighter. It’s the reason why I rose to the top and became one of the Moonlight Warriors.” “Do all of you have the same reason?” I asked the rest, and most of them nodded. I chuckled, which only made Julia more annoyed at me than she had been earlier. “What’s so funny?” She demanded.

"Although I still have a lot to speak, we are not here to have this discussion here. What we need to concentrate on is our enemy. But before that, let me put forth a warning. From now on, if I hear one wrong word against women from any of you, then you will be answerable to my sword." As soon as these words left her mouth, audible gasps reverberated in the room. Everybody knew that Raelynn was the most formidable warrior in the kingdom of Volar and winning against her in a one on one battle was impossible, even for the other three Commanders. She was just the best.

Galatrina sighed and smiled at the moon. "Alucard, the executioner. You sure are fast. And Teresa, the death dealer. A warrior that has never been seen to use her demon power to destroy her enemy, and the most powerful one that has ever been created. Even the past generation of warriors could not match up to her combat ability. Truly this is interesting." Galatrina soon continued to walk under the bright full moon. A man in black hood with a grin on his face approaches Rioka.

"Make that two," I say, not leaving her gaze. A minute later he places the drinks in front of us, her hand immediately reaching out to bring it to her lips. "Katherine," she says after taking a slow sip, "but my friends call me Kat." "Adam, but everyone calls me Emilio." "I think I'll stick with Adam," she replies haughtily, daring me to tell her otherwise. I lean in closer to her, trailing her body with my eyes again. I can't stop looking at her legs. She notices, and again raises an eyebrow.

“Alright. I have to go piss off an evil villain and declare war, I guess.” “That’a girl. Bring on the war,” she yells out as I shake my head with laughter walking out the back door. I lean against the door, sighing heavily as I try to calm my pounding heart. Sucking in a deep breath, I straighten and pull my shoulders back. I am a warrior. Trained from a young age. Since my family, I am the largest wolf. I am powerful and determined. I will not let this psycho asshole keep me from my mate and threaten my pack. He may have thought I didn’t like him before, when he was simply Rafe’s best friend. Well, now, he will know just how much I loathe him and wish him dead.
