AUTHOR'S POV CRESCENT PACK “You've been here for over a year and your mate hasn't visited, not even once. I don't see any crime in rejecting him,” she replied arrogantly, and the others gasped at her selfish interest., “Alright, thank you for the advice, but I can't reject my mate for your selfish interest. Good night.” How can people be so ungrateful, especially members of the Crescent Pack? She ignored their wailing and left for her chambers.

The clan was not too far from the packs and in twenty minutes, I got into the quiet, neat town with about over 1000 vampires

After several losses of their lands, properties, and pack members, they had to give in to one another for peace to reign. But the peace didn’t last long enough. The Crescent moon pack took advantage of this peace to rebuild, farm, and stay away from others because they had more to lose due to their smaller numbers. The other three packs, Midnighters, Emoon, and the Crossers, lived in sophistication, wealth, and riches, growing more arrogant. They teamed up together, led by the Midnighters pack, to attack the Crescents because of their lands and natural resources. The Crescents pack were the most strategic warriors, despite their small numbers, led by their warlord Alpha Heartfield.

Crescent must have had her fun because she slows down beside a stream and drinks. Then she licks her body, taking her time. "Can you hurry up?, We need to go back".
