My Sister's Fiance
An angry cry, full of tears, shoulders moving up and down, little mouth open, his handsome face collapsing completely like a grown man in a drama whose stock had just crashed.
“I don’t want T-Rex pretty,” he sobbed. “I want him dangerous.”
Issa laughed.
A small laugh at first. Then louder. Higher. A tiny demon laugh with round cheeks and satin pajamas, while she hugged the roll of stickers to her chest.
I pointed at her. “Do not laugh like a Disney villain.”
Issa only laughed again, then hopped down from the chair and ran past Max, singing in a little voice, “T-Rex princess, T-Rex princess…”
