The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

She saw constellations rearranged, patterns no one else would notice unless they’d seen what she had, what lay beyond death, beyond thrones. “Tomorrow,” she said finally. “We leave.” “Toward the ridge?” “No,” she whispered. “Through it.” Kael didn’t argue. He just walked beside her as she turned away. , By morning, the wind had changed. It blew from the east now, and it smelled wrong, not decay, but age. Like books drowned in oil. Like old fire gone cold. The soldiers noticed it too. Tents rustled with unease. Wolves growled without cause. The sky had no clouds, but the light looked filtered, as if something unseen leaned between sun and soil.

The Mates’ Vengeance

The Mates’ Vengeance

The scent of leather mingled with the fresh night air as we buckled up, ready to head to our next hideout. The wind continued to play with strands of my hair as I took my seat. I couldn't shake the feeling that Sergio's presence lingered in these fleeting gusts. Whether a product of wishful thinking or a cosmic reassurance, the wind served as a silent companion, carrying with it the promise of adventure and the hope of Sergio's swift return.

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

The hints from the fragments would never be wrong, which meant that Wendis definitely had a road facing the sea. Just as Wilbur was riddled with confusion, a gust of wind blew in from the windows and flipped through the pages of the library. They let out a series of swishing sounds before stopping on a record of a mirage.

Running From The Wind

Running From The Wind

He sucked hard on my bottom lip for a few more seconds before slowly slipping his tongue into my mouth. I felt all the fight leave my body at that particular moment, a slow breath whooshing out of my lungs through my nose. With a quiet ‘fuck it’ echoing around in my head, I moved my hand from his jaw and tangled my fingers into his hair. I watched as he blinked his eyes open in surprise— right before it fluttered when I suddenly pulled on his hair the moment the thought popped into my head.

Love Lost to the Passing Wind

Love Lost to the Passing Wind

"You know that's not what I meant," Alpha Ethan said. "But that's exactly how I understand it," I retorted. Looking at the he-wolf before me, I felt only an unbearable sense of unfamiliarity. I turned away and left without looking back. The wind along the way was biting. Shivering with cold, I walked until I reached the river at the border, a place where no one knew me. Only then did I dare to gasp heavily for air and brace myself against a tree trunk as I sank into a crouch.

The Way of the Dragon

“Yes sir!” the men replied. Once more, Zephyr laid his eyes on the books, his gaze rested on one of them. The book was covered in a layer of dust and was made of bamboo. It looked unique. “Thunderfoot?” Zephyr muttered as he opened the book, reading its contents. A wave of excitement washed over him. He excitedly flipped through the pages, carefully memorizing the technique’s intricate steps.

Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?

Java, 1586 The wind howled across the coast. The sun blazed from the peak of a sharp blue sky, while massive waves exploded against the black rocks lining Karang Bendan's shoreline. On a stretch of smooth sand, two men stood facing each other, separated by little more than eight feet.

In the October Wind

In the October Wind

The ride in the carriage was just as silent as the car ride had been. The only sounds that drifted through were the clip-clop of horse hooves and the distant crash of waves. The space that Charlotte was confined to with Rimidal had shrunk in size. She sat in a small coach seat that was just opposite of him, their knees nearly touching. With the windows blacked out, there was nowhere for her to look. So, instead of staring directly at the dangerous vampire across from her, she settled her gaze to the floor.

Fated Reborn, His Unwanted Mate

Fated Reborn, His Unwanted Mate

I had to trust my gut, listening to the soft voices of the wind and the gentle warmth of the sun to guide me toward the Capris Coven. The journey was hard and full of challenges. The sea was wild and dangerous, its moods changing like the rising and falling tides. One moment, the bright sun would shine down on me, warming my skin and lifting my spirits. The next, dark clouds would gather, and a fierce storm would break out. The wind roared, and huge waves crashed against my boat, making my heart race with fear.
