Jackson's face remained stoic, but his eyes betrayed a hint of emotion, a glimmer of tears he quickly suppressed. "Nothing, son," Jackson said gruffly, his voice cracking. "Just grown-up stuff. Go back to your room, okay?" John's eyes lingered on his parents, sensing the tension and pain. "But why are you crying, Mommy?" Amelia's voice was barely audible, her words choked by tears. I said. "Then perhaps you can sign the divorce papers and put an end to all of this. I really did not want to say anything before this because I knew that you were struggling because of Adam but your father's company isn't exactly doing well right now. Before she could get mommy married again, she needed to get her divorced first, otherwise, there won't be any point in looking for a groom. Daddy doesn't want to love us and he doesn't want to let us go as well. I can't deal with the fact that mommy has to live in sadness, while that man stays away and work for so long. Doesn't he care about us? , well, I don't care anymore, if he doesn't want to have anything to do with us, then, we won't have anything to do with him either.
