Satisfied with her accomplishment, she sneaked away silently, clearly delighting in the mischief she had caused. Daisy's face twisted with fury as she caught sight of me, her eyes narrowing to slits. "What are you doing here, huh?" she spat, her voice dripping with venom. "Spying on us, you little rat?" I felt my heart sink as Daisy's insults rained down on me. "I-I wasn't spying," I stammered, desperately trying to defend myself. "I was just passing by." Daisy let out a bitter laugh, her voice laced with mockery. "Passing by? As if I believe that. You're nothing but filth, always sneaking around, trying to ruin everything."

“broken whispers, healing wounds.” Author’s POV “Where do you know her from?” Hades asked in a curious tone. Daisy smiled, “I met her in Alec’s camp,” she muttered slowly. Hades’ growled, his eyes darkened a he heard Alec’s camp. “No, she helped me,” Daisy quickly muttered, trying to pacify the raging Alpha. “She is also Hazel’s sister,” Daisy added. Hades frowned, “Hazel’s sister?” He asked.

"Busted." Brett's gaze narrowed on the screen, and then his scowl cleared. "Busted doing what, exactly?" He asked, too softly. "Oh, screw you!" Daisy turned toward the door, shoving her phone back into the pocket of her trouser. "I’m not spelling it out for you." His palm slapped against the bedroom door, holding it closed and caging Daisy with his body. He leaned down and hissed in her ear, "Yes.... you will fuckin spell it out."

“Confidence without arrogance.” She circled me as I tried to copy her stance, clicking her tongue when my back stiffened too much. “Relax,” she snapped. “You’re not a soldier. Daisy has grace, not tension. Again.” We moved on to speech. She handed me passages Daisy had written in old letters to her parents, and I was to recite them aloud, mimicking her rhythm. “Too flat,” Brittany interrupted after only a few words. “Daisy’s voice has warmth. She lingers on affectionate phrases — *Mother dear, Father dearest.* Again.”

He nodded and said, "Fine. I won't stop you." ... In the classroom of Capital University, Daisy was taking notes while Gladyce was sitting next to her. The surroundings seats were all empty. Gladyce was wearing a mask and emanated an indifferent momentum. No one dared to chat with her, even if she had a pair of charming eyes. Daisy faced the tablet with her fingers moving very fast. "Hello, are you busy now?" "No, Ariel." "You said that you have something to ask me. What is it?" Daisy replied after thinking for a while.

Hearing someone call her name, Daisy paused in her cleaning and looked up to respond. The moment their eyes met, Daisy's expression immediately shifted from friendly to displeased upon seeing Axel. "It's you again? What do you want now? And why are you talking to me?" Daisy asked with annoyance in her voice. Axel thought to himself, ‘There's only Axel and Daisy here. If I'm not talking to her, then who am I talking to? This girl is really foolish.’ "I am talking to you," Axel replied calmly, his gaze firm and direct. Concerned that Daisy might brush him off or pretend to be ignorant, Axel emphasized her full name to ensure clarity. "Daisy Martin."

The bubbles disappeared – they didn’t burst, but rather evaporated as if they had never been there in the first place, the moment that their fingertips touched. “F-k,” she complained opening her eyes. “Every single f-king time.” Daisy smiled with indulgent patience. “I thought that was an improvement. You were an empty emotional space to me, right up until we touched.” Daisy’s empathic ability had similarities to Aislen’s telepathy, but also many differences. When Aislen had tried to describe the bubbles to her, Daisy had no idea what Aislen meant, even when Aislen had drawn a picture to aid her to imagine them. However, they both benefited from meditation, and Daisy’s ability did assist Ais

Each student brings their own plant. “Come on everyone, take out the wand and cast the spell!” the teacher ordered. All of the students chanted a spell that roughly meant “Move, O greenñ” eloquently… except for Delia. She didn't manage to move the plants. “Delia, get the tone right. Follow my way.” Winky taught the girl by chanting his spell correctly. Delia tried to follow Winky's directions, but to no avail. The plant remains motionless. Winky chuckled, but repeated the spell words again. Delia nodded and tried again but failed. She put down her wand and gave up.

Approaching Dior, she spoke pointing the place they were before. Dior's eyebrow twitched, apparently still confused what she was saying. Farrah was patient and repeated her questions, but this time, with an example. She gestured as if she's eating something then pointed the direction they came from. It seems that this time, he finally understood. He marched outside, and called out several zombies. The lower-level zombies scrambled as they ran towards Dior. “Ggggrr...” Dior growled in unknown language. Farrah immediately understood it as Dior ordering his servants to retrieve the apple. However, it seems that low-levels zombies are really stupid.
