The merman’s tails were very fast in cutting through the current of the sea, they moved at lightning speed. “So this is Asteria”. Daniel was amazed at how a new world is in the sea. Daniel hid in a huge stone with Alec and Alex. Daniel didn’t think it was possible to have buildings in the sea but there he was seeing buildings upon buildings. He didn’t know what they were built out of but they were as hell beautiful. Fishes and all sorts of sea creatures swam all over Daniel. The aura he brought to the sea was a great one, the one you can only term as special.

My soul drifted up from a cage at the bottom of the ocean, somehow ending up near Isaac Thornton. Liam Donovan, his assistant, told Isaac, "Mr. Thornton, Mrs. Thornton's been in the ocean for a day and a night. The water's freezing; she might not make it." Isaac replied, "She's only been in the ocean for a day and a night, but my Mandy's gone forever." Liam tried again, "But the dead can't be brought back. If something happens to Mrs. Thornton..." Isaac threw a stack of papers at him.

He just kept walking until he stopped when something caught his attention. A pair of butterflies chasing each other greeted him. Mort followed them and took him to a mountain where he effortlessly climb until the wildflowers opened to him like cotton candy that glowed in the sun setting on the horizon. The horde of dandelions wildly disperses beautifully on the meadow. Mort blew at the round dandelion, causing the white seeds to fly all around the green meadow on a cliff over the ocean and sea.

Picking up the bottle, the sweets could wait. Removing the scrap of foil, I moved to the balcony. I twisted the metal cording, the cork came off with a loud pop. I shouldered the door open as I took a long swig from the bottle and looked out over the view. This was what I’d been waiting for. I’d never seen the ocean before, not outside of movies or television shows. Now it was real, I could smell the salty tang of the ocean, and even in the darkness the view was breathtaking. The stars and moon reflecting over the dark water. It looked like something out of a fairytale.

“Look at this! The internet’s on fire! They’re saying there’s a ‘Goddess of the Sea’ on our island! I swear, these kids have never seen you scold anyone harder than you slice fish!” Lena finally put down her tweezers, removed her goggles, and cast a cool glance at the greasy phone screen. The headline was blazing red: “Isolated Island Whale Song: Divinity Amid Despair.” The picture was that very sunset moment: murky waves, jagged black rocks, Lena standing sideways, hands covered in blood, whale calves swimming to the deep sea at her feet. The side silhouette alone radiated the tension of carving a path to life in a dying sea.

"Help her find her way back to me." I didn't pluck a dandelion the next time but I bowed to blow on every dandelion on the ground within my reach! The pishney climbed to my arm to stop me but that didn't work. I desperately used my coat and fanned the dandelions roundabout, making countless dandelion petals afloat in the air withal! "Dan, please, come back." Then I rest, watching the petals fly like dragonflies. The pishney plays with my knees whilst purring.

But at this moment, all I felt was euphoria. Never forage or walk alone near the fences or in the far fields... The second mantra meant nothing to me. I stood still as the Strawberry Moon surrounded me in her light like a soft blanket. The tall grass tickling my knees in the slight breeze. Everything smelled so green, so alive. It was dizzying, so much so that my legs folded underneath me. I bent and picked a single stem; the slightly sweet and savory gold of the dandelion coated my tongue with its rich goodness. I chewed it so slowly. In my strange state, I marveled that dandelion blossoms had never tasted so good and I laughed. I picked another and another, nibbling as I rose to wander eve

James grumbled and then walked lazily towards Delilah, who was very keen to see the seawater lit up. "What happened? Why does the water light up like this?" Delilah asked curiously. "It's just algae, and sometimes they come to the surface together," James answered briefly. Delilah nodded as if she understood. She was about to come closer, but James grabbed her arm. "No, it can be dangerous or poisonous. Stand here, please!"

He asked, staring at the water. “I’m not sure, there's something about this island. From what I've figured out the flowers were some kind of antidote to the eels. The poison for the thorns of the flower blocked out the noise from the eels and I think it also killed them when it fell into the pond. Some pretty extreme trapt.” Danica said, piecing things together while she talked.
