He returned bluntly. "Jesus Christ!" Daniel cringed, "How did you know?" "Her jacket is right there." He pointed at the bed and Daniel knew he had no defense. "So tell me." Dane probed, "You all planning to have babies now?" Daniel was about to say something when his phone beeped. He picked it up and checked. It was a text message from Red. His had skipped a beat as he opened it. When Daniel read that message, he wished he had never opened it. His face fell and so did his feelings even though they were lust as he thought.

Daniel wasn't giving off his usual asshole-Alpha energy anymore. This was different. This was danger. His eyes flicked from me to Jaxon—and then he reached into his pocket. My breath hitched. He pulled out a letter and flicked it open with one hand. The handwriting was unfamiliar. But the name written at the top— It froze my blood. My spine went cold. Everything in me stilled. Baron. His name sat at the top of the letter like a curse, like a blade pressed to the throat. "When you spared Baron's life on purpose all those years ago, while—" Daniel's jaw flexed, something vicious flickering behind his eyes, "—I fought tooth and nail to save your fucking people."

Ozgur's words stopped, because now the bible had opened by itself. Then without being touched, the Bible scrolls through its pages. In the end, stopping to the old testament page. "Don't tell me the Bible tells us to guess the passage?" Zeus tried to calm down, but there was still panic there. Zeus was panicking, because this was a real nightmare. "You think this is Jumanji." Ozgur exclaimed. "In the Deuterocanonica (Roman Catholic canonical book) there are thousands of verses. How could we possibly guess?"

Chapter :- 8 **~~** Daniel's body enticed him and he was falling fast into the man. It felt strange these feelings, but oddly so as he has never touched another man in such a manner. The only man he's only ever served is his father and he never thought he could be aroused by any other man that isn't his father.

She was the mother that I wanted but didn’t deserve because she was too good for a person like me. As for Daniel, while he was a loyal companion of Alexander, he was also somehow loyal to me. The sea creatures in Awe dropped their head to bow, and so did Pursuli, clearly, he had been defeated, he can't beat a god. Daniel is a god.

"He demolished their houses. The Deacon was sent to jail. He took care of it." Silas let out a low, slow grin, a sly grin that sent a chill down my spine. He leaned back against the tile, the water sluicing over his muscled chest. "How merciful of Daniel. I think that's why I hated the name Daniel from the Bible; he was a very merciful man, just like my brother."

Naa I’m not sure that’s what she could be looking for besides the book is not hers. They all move for a while both not saying anything. The reason for her silence is because she didn’t get what she came looking for. Daniel however is getting guiltier the longer she stays silent. He has said a sentence or two without getting any response; nevertheless, he wasn’t willing to give the book, not until he explores it. Daniel being the first thing on the page was enough reason for him to take the book for himself.

—— As Daniel returned to the car, he smiled widely as he dropped the flower on his thigh and then picked up the book he had gotten earlier. It was a book that helped the men to understand their pregnant wives and how to always be there for them. And the other one was a journal. He decided he was going to write his experience about his wife's pregnancy till the day she was put to bed. He could only look forward to it. He had no doubt it would be very fun while it lasted. Daniel glanced at his wrist watch and it was a quarter to eight already. He sighed and pressed his lips together. His wife must be so pissed.
