Lucas tried to stop me, but I shrugged my arm out of his grip. I walked further into the cave with him right beside me and as soon as we turned around a bend, I stopped in my tracks to see a group of vampires there. Lucas growled and they hissed back. But I didn’t move. I stood there staring at them. “Stop.” I demanded. And Lucas looked at me weird. I grabbed his phone off of him and I shone the light on the vampires. Who all had muddy brown eyes, not the typical crimson red eyes that all the other vampires have had.

I could hear someone chuckling but it wasn't Rowan, it was Lucas, Rowan's brother. ‘’I’m Lucas’’ he brought his hand forward for me to shake. ‘’Leah, nice to meet you but I’m in a hurry.’’ ‘’Sure, pleasure’s all mine’’ ‘’What the fuck is going on here?’’, and here comes the wolf who was hiding in the lamb’s clothes, glaring at where my hand was still in his brother’s. ‘’Does it look like we are fucking each other? There were red and pink balloons floating along every single inch of the ceiling and some tied to the backs of chairs. There were bunches of red roses everywhere, red and pink rose petals scattered all over the wooden floor. It was beautiful.

I sighed. I tried to remember the exact words. Darren just waited, letting me gather my thoughts. “So I can’t say the prophecy verbatim. Some weird magic binding prevents anyone but those who saw it or are about to speak it.” I sighed. “But the basics is that the founders of the Incubi pack, ancient spirits known as Darkness and Light, would come back. Bisnonna and Melania knew that Papa was the next host to Darkness.” I explained. “Which makes Luna Crista the next Light as she’s his mate.” Darren nodded.
