I rest my head on his shoulder and take deep breaths to recollect myself. “We need to go, Boss. The Davi army has arrived,” Luca announces and slightly bows his head when our eyes meet. “See you back home, gorgeous,” Leo says before kissing me passionately and running off. I grab the closest chair and take a seat. My father is gone, I am all alone. “Kita, are you okay?” Rebecca asks and kneels in front of me and holds my left hand. A disapproving groan escaped his throat even when it's was obvious that he was trying to suppress his chuckle but failed terriblelly. “He won’t let go easily. Davide never does.” Luca glanced at me. “Then we make him. Together.” His villa sat on a gentle hill overlooking the olive groves, simple stone walls and wide terraces. Inside, it smelled of woodsmoke and herbs. He led me straight to the bedroom, pulling me into a deep kiss the moment the door closed. “Shower first,” he murmured against my lips. “Then we talk. Then… whatever you need.” The hot water felt like heaven. Luca joined me, soaping my body with gentle hands that quickly turned hungry. He pressed me against the tiled wall, fingers sliding between my legs again.
