Ian and Vin have great-grandfather names, and Dhaani has Maa’s name, 'Porishma,' in hers. I follow the blonde, evading her hand when she tries to link it through my arm. “Cain, finally.” Darius is sitting at the table next to a blonde boy, but Flame is nowhere to be seen. He gestures to the blonde boy. “This is Damien and I assume you’ve met Gale and Ollie. There’s also Emery and Leila…” He emphasises the last name, as if to remind me that Flame is using her middle name with the humans. “Have just popped upstairs to get their jackets.” “Here.” Gale places a plate down on the table and pats the chair. Everyone looked over at me, confused. “Goddess Victor, could you not drink that tea when you are going to be so damn close. I know it’s the afternoon but you know it fucks me up.” I took another few gulps. “Tea? What tea?” He looked over at Scott who rolled his eyes. “Our Alpha has a stomach weakness for hibiscus tea. It’s been bothering him more lately though.” Victor’s brow knit together and I shook my head. “Just stay on the other side of the island and I will be fine.”

I doubt the pack members have seen it too, as they also couldn’t believe it, washing their faces several times with water just to confirm. “I would like to thank my personal maid, as she was the one who washed these dishes. She has quite the guts to wash five hundred thousand, five hundred and fifty-four plates with not a single stain on them. She’s pretty much more excited about it than the rest of us”. He asks me and I shake my head. “There a lot of people that dislike me a lot but not so much that they would actually do this.” I say as I try to think of someone who would want to ruin my life. Thankfully I’ve never had crazy fans. “A man named Richard Walts was kind of obsessed with her. Maybe you can check up on him.” Jake tells him as the officer writes down the name and details.
