The morning sun shone brightly in the sky and Shawn wondered if it was morning already. He rubbed his eyes gently as he glanced at the time. It was 7:15 am. He rolled to the other side of the bed and kissed Maya on her forehead. Maya shrugged on the bed at Shawn’s kiss. She opened her eyes gently and it was dawn. “ Honey, you didn't tell me it was already a day. We need to go prepare for work” Maya said while still feeling sleepy.

Did she actually make a mistake leaving her son and father behind? Farrah closed her eyes, kneading her forehead gently as she slowly organized her thoughts.
