Hunter growled. Slowly, I leaned my head out an inch and saw him clenching his hand on Grasso's throat. I quickly leaped back and clamped my mouth shut, stifling a gasp. “We… have a deal,” Grasso rasped. “There is no deal! You didn't keep your end of the bargain, so I fucking burned it!” Hunter roared. I pressed my back against the wall and cautiously leaned out again. Hunter tightened his grip on Grasso's throat. Grasso struggled but couldn't free himself. I laugh at her before taking a deep breath. “I wish to see Hunter Ysrael of the Cruelcrest Hounds Pack,” I whisper and it seemed like my words were carried by the butterflies into the wind as the wind whistled and rustled through the trees circumvallating us. The next moment I saw the water in the river ripple before my reflection in the water distorts to show Hunter standing in what looks like a mini-library. My heart thuds at the mere sight of him. Realizing how Goddess I miss him so much, and when I saw him in that sexy tight button-up shirt and leather pants I felt myself getting wet.
