It was definitely Helion. The moment we turned the corner, what I saw sent terror surging through me. Helion was halfway above the ground. Large black wings stuck out of his back on each side. His eyes were pitch black, his voice was deeper and more resonating than usual. He truly looked like the demon he was called. I was stunned, but I wasn't scared. He had his back bent backwards while he chanted. I knew he was definitely letting out immense power from his body.

Sam immediately jumped out of bed when he heard Luna scream. The man immediately ran to find Luna's whereabouts and found his wife at the entrance of the house. Sam approached Luna and asked what happened, and instead of answering, Luna immediately hugged her tightly and cried in Sam's arms. "Why?" asked Sam confused. Luna didn't answer anything and just pointed toward a box that was on the floor in front of the door. Sam shifted Luna's body and checked what was in the dented box in front of their door. Sam was quite surprised to see the dead Cemani chicken covered in blood. Cemani chicken is a black chicken that is often used by shamans to practice black magic.

A black bird flew into Derrick's shoulder as he was calmly watching over the newly appointed demons in his realm. As soon as he was able to look into its eyes, his mouth fell wide open, and his jaw hit the floor beneath him. He won't be able to forget those eyes, and he would never forget how Zin looks when he's in his real form.

But my mom just smiled. “That’s my girl.” I smiled proudly. “But what is that?” She picked me up and walked over to her bookcase, she pulled out a really old book and opened it. On the page was a man with horns on his head and a long tail. “So, a demon is usually a very strong being. One who will use tricks and magic to punish anyone who makes them angry. Many people are afraid of them, because they are really strong and don’t show mercy to their enemies.”

I wouldn’t want to waste the whole chapter doing that, would I? So where was I? Yes, according to the textbook, all demons will stray far from you if possess a white peacock feather. They seem to connect them to holiness or something and the feathers are very rare. I did some research on these white things because on my whole list of demon-repellers, finding a white peacock feather was the easiest possible object to get. I mean, where the fuck do you expect me to find the femur of a century-year-old Demon Lord or the nipple of a siren… I didn’t even know sirens fucking existed, and isn’t being afraid of a nipple fucking ridiculous.

Alex's aunt clutched my hand tightly while we both focused on the… person coming down from the sky. When he was in line with our vision, I was not able to believe the things that were happening in front of me. It was not a person but… “Demon!” Alex's aunt was also shocked to see that. For the first time I saw fear on her face. Demon was actually not a human being. He had horns on his head, his face was disfigured with red eyes that were showing fire. There were also two black wings behind him. Overall, he was looking dangerous and scary. Everyone was trembling as soon as they saw him.

I tried to breathe but the bastard had its entire weight on my body, crushing my ribs and digging its claws into my arm. Snarling, I placed the palm of my hand on the ground. The runes on my arm burned red as the earth began to rumble. I turned to the demon and smiled as chains erupted from the ground. They shot through the monster's flesh, severing through its body fat and slicing off one of its breasts. I closed my eyes as a rain of flesh and vile blood rained down on me. I was going to need another fucking bath. I rolled onto my feet, my breath ragged as I scanned for the last monster. “Thrakos," I called as more chains curled out of my runes. "What the fuck are these–"

"What could that be? Amelia asked shivering. "The question is who could that be " Eric replied quiet unmoved by the gun shots. "It could be Derek, Samantos, Anna or anybody ". He took the fork and knife. He held the full chicken on one of the trays with the fork and cut it with the knife. He picked it with the knife into his mouth savoring every taste. "God please forgive me, holy Mart take control. Angel Micheal, son of God. I mean Angel Gabriel, the son of God, oh my fucking God, someone should just take control ". She was breathing heavily as she said the prayers.

Glancing down at his shirt that had ridden up she could make out boot prints on his chest and burn marks on his side. "What on earth happened to you," she muttered. "I kicked his ass," a gravelly voice sounded with a bit of humor. Sophia turned and screeched seeing a huge frightening-looking demon standing in the doorway. Sophia's single eye widened at the gray colored skinned, black horned creature with blood-red eyes and huge leathery wings.
