Looked at me as if seeing me for the first time. “Read this paragraph for me,” he requested, pointing to a section of the text. I looked at the symbols. The words formed effortlessly in my mind. “‘Portals are not opened; they are awakened. The blood of the summoner is the key, but the will of the one who crosses is the door. No demon serves without chains, and no chain endures without a true name. Whoever knows the name will control the beast. Whoever controls the beast will command the threshold between worlds.’”

''Austin, you have to conduct a spell that'll seal the portal but it won't last long" The shaman yelled as he battled with a sly but little demon. "Why does it have to be me?" Austin thought as he drove his sword into the heart of the demon in front of him. It let out a low growl and fell to the ground, blood oozing out of its mouth. "You must do it! Go to my house, on the table you would find a book. Open to the 6th page, go to the river and conduct that spell" The shaman shouted as he used his staff to hold off a demon's dagger.

"Have you read these books? I mean, have you read every page of each one?" "No, although I have learned quite a bit from it." The two men widen their eyes. "But what's going on anyway? Why are they reacting this way?" They both go into a deep silence, thinking about the best way to start the subject. The dark-haired demon points with his finger to the black-covered book. "That is a Grimoire of Dark Magics. You probably used some spell from here to summon me." Then he points to the other volume, the gray-covered one.

He sat down, tucking one leg under himself. “So, why did you summon me?” I shrugged. “No idea. How about a snack?” I pulled the twitching assassin up and threw him inside the pentagram. Argadon nimbly caught the sacrifice, smelled him, grinned, and put him down. “Later. Did he come for you?” “You bet.” “So, whom did you displease?” I snorted. “A funny expression.” “Demons can visit all worlds, if not voluntarily, then through summoning.” “And how often are you summoned?”

“Now, now, now, unto my next prey.” Stop and somehow leads him to be, a book falls from out of nowhere, yet hinted him with the summoning and very command he could never deny nor run away from. He took the book into his hand as he reads the title. “Death Reincarnate.” With the wind that blows its cold and eerie way and everything around him falls into the darkness of worst than the night. He stands up looking straight and without any worry, unto his eyes as he is all used to such summoning, wherein a gate is shown and stepping out is the very image of the witch herself, calling his name.

Wonder if I have any powers? *Ember* I run my hand over the books in my workroom searching for a specific one. "Ah ha." I grab a book with a dark crimson cover and gold lettering from the shelf. "Demons and Hell" is written across the cover. I grab some paper, my feather and my ink before I sit down on a chair. I open the book and start reading. "There are three classes of demons known to humankind. The classes are as follows: the lowest level are the Vermin Class followed by the Common Class and lastly are the Royalty Class.

Damom shook his head out of his morbid thoughts and focused on his book. When summoning a demon, it is vital that the pentagram you have drawn is secure and holds the correct runes and symbols that will contain the demon in question...Many have tried to summon a demon whose power is too great for their pentagram to hold and has resulted in both their lives being taken and unleashing the beast on the mortal world...there is no known source of a warlock successfully summoning Lucifer himself... Damon snapped the book shut with trembling hands. Though he knew of there is no existence of angels and demons, to believe that the Fallen One actually existed...
