A Demon’s Kiss

A Demon’s Kiss

It's clear she hasn't changed. “I just want my daughter back.” She has the audacity to look sad, as if anything out of her mouth has ever been the truth. I scowl. “No you don’t. You want something else.” “I can take you away from this all. I can stop everyone from chasing you down," she assures me, pointing toward the door as if to signify the world that currently wants me dead for who I am... People like my mother have perpetuated the idea that Demon's are evil, that they can't be trusted. It's because of her that people want me dead, and now she's trying to tell me that she can help? I don't believe her.

The Demon's Mate

The Demon's Mate

she asked, her voice dripping with disbelief. El-Kharis stood abruptly, his chair scraping against the stone floor. "She is under my protection," he snapped. "That is all you need to know." As he turned to leave, a powerful presence filled the room. The temperature seemed to drop as a woman stepped forward, her aura commanding and fierce. Her long black hair flowed like a river of night, and her eyes gleamed a deep, unsettling red. Every demon in the room stood, bowing their heads in respect. Her skin was pale, almost luminescent, and her presence radiated a cold, unyielding power that sent shivers down their spines.

OWNED BY THE DEMON KING

OWNED BY THE DEMON KING

I had to move fast. I turned through the pages of the spell book with shaky hands until I finally settled on what I was searching for. “Thrakos, Demon of the Underworld, Lord of Hell,” I whispered, my fingers tracing the forbidden verse. “He who commands the forbidden flames of the devil's domain,” my voice grew louder, desperation etched in my eyes, "I call thee, Thrakos. I summon thee to the mortal realm. Kneel before–” The sound of thunder cracking cut me short before I could complete my words. The ground began to rumble and the circle I had engraved on the ground expanded outwards as dark smoke clouded the entire place.

The Demon Inside Me

The Demon Inside Me

KAYLEEN These things can’t be real. The doctor is gone but I’m not taking them. I’m not going with medications and I’m never gonna believe her. “Why won’t you believe her?” she’s speaking to me again with her creepy face. Her hands touched my cheeks and she leaned closer. “You are a demon. You are a murderer.” Her whispers made me feel like my blood is on its boiling point. “See? You are angry!” she added and dodged my hand attempting to grip on her arm.

Anabel Knight's Redemption

“What are they going to do to me, if you think I am supposed to be good?” “I don’t know, the same thing I did to you.” He said looking at Legion. “Only this time I am sure he is going to make things happen, and you are not going to be able to get through this.” He said shaking his head. “I don’t want to see your son burn in hell because we summoned my lover from my past, granted she made the world a lot better for demons, but she killed a lot of people. But this was all before you, you haven’t done much.” He said looking back at her. “I just don’t know what happened, you said I remembered you, but I don’t.” she said touching her head. “I feel like my entire mind has been wiped, and I am not

Alphas and Demons

Alphas and Demons

It was then that Torelli’s red eyes betrayed him, they shone in the distance. Again, Jesse took after him in full blast. He timed his approach and fired his haunches. He flew through the air, aiming for the neck. But it was too strong to rip off. The two stared balefully at the other for a few seconds until Jake approached menacingly and stopped as well beside Jesse, snarling. ‘I shall fight, but not today’ the demon said, forming rapidly back to the priest’s form who fell flat. And then appeared on the horizon abound of black clouds drifting towards the alps. Bats!

Married To The crippled Alpha

Married To The crippled Alpha

“I can’t waste time thinking about the past. What’s done is done. What matters now is protecting the future. So if you're truly sorry, help me, what do you know about this demon? And about his connection to my mother?” “I wish I had that answer but I couldn't find anything. We never encountered demons in the past, the war was strictly between mortals learning she knew a demon is new information.” “So everything here is useless?” I questioned, disappointed by that answer. “Not completely, I've been studying demons and found your mother had a rune trap for one in her temple. She tapped on the temple that was behind my mother's photo. “Whatever this demon might be looking for is hidden in that

Claimed by the Horde

“Seriously Noah, go away. I can handle it.” The demon lifted himself up and looked down at her. “If you need us, we’re outside. Just scream nice and loudly.” Serenity watched as the demon left, closing the door most of the way and she sighed, laying back against the pillow. Her eyes gravitated to the ceiling and she counted the rivets in the plasterboard. What was she going to see when she finally relived some of the demon’s memories? Were they going to be horrific? How long would it take her to fall asleep? Would she feel it coming over—

Fractured

Fractured

I say softly and she freezes, mid-paintstroke. “No,” she gasps and then spins in her seat to look at me, “Oh no, they found you, I knew they'd find you, they came for your soul Josie, I'm sorry I couldn't save you,” she begins to weep. “Mum, I'm fine, I promise,” I rush to her, kneeling in front of her and taking her hands in mine. “You don't understand, they're demons Josie Bean, they know you are one of them and they want to seduce you with their minds,” she grips my hands tightly.

Mars
Started reading this book two days ago, and damnnnnnn!! It’s such a breath of fresh air NOT knowing what’s going to happen next. I love how original this book is. Sadly, I’m all caught up so far, can’t wait for it to be complete, definitely a book I’d reread many times! <3

I know this has been touched on so I guess I'm just not getting it. I just finished chapter 367 and I don't know if I should expect more (or when). I kinda feel like I'm left hanging with Harper not having all of her bonds together. btw love the book!
