I wasted no time in running as fast my leg could take me I grabbed the the girls hand and we both ran together until I got to the stairs. Quickly, we climbed the stairs leading us out of the death hole.. I opened the door and immediately the beast was about to get out I locked it and began to pant heavily. The corners of his mouth went up to a smirk, showing his sharp, dirty canines inside. He was carrying a cell-like bag, and she could see some white orbs floating inside it. She gulped. It turned and his fingers were all bones tightly gripped his crop. I was even more confused by what he was saying. I feel he is referring to a different creature. Did he just mistake me? But suddenly it seemed like smoke disappeared because suddenly a huge Minotaur appeared from the opening of the wasteland. The reaper seems distracted and no other living creature can see him. I wanted to ask and find out why he called me that, but I would rather not have my question answered than face death again. I rather have a confused mind than be dead. I looked at the Minotaur who was now moaning because it was hurting from the wound on the body.

I could only see a few stars around the thin hoof of the moon through a hole in the roof as dawn lightened the sky. I could smell that the one who bit me had been in this place. Thunderous hoof thuds were coming rapidly, but I was too winded and dizzy to make myself stand yet as I pushed up onto my hands and knees. I blinked at the shadow coming toward me; the familiar shape out of my nightmares approached me slowly. It was a minotaur. I could see the white of his teeth in the dim light. It was him. I was certain I was dead. I pushed myself up in a panic and shifted into my mid form to defend myself. Be Princess Daisy, my caramel-brown arse! He is not going to eat me without a fight.
