A year and half

A year and half

It felt good. I grabbed one of the novels she'd left behind and ripped out the pages before shredding it and letting it fall pitifully to the ground like dead leaves. The book wouldn't do. I searched for anything breakable and ruined it, one by one, the next. And the next. All of them. Every memory, everything lucid dream, every fucking thing that made my heart thunder. I ruined it all and when I'd finally destroyed everything that could be destroyed, I stood, breathing heavily, and stared at the carnage on the floor.

Alma between two worlds

Alma between two worlds

Because if he were to use this truth to defeat Ramba, he would only say what suited him. Then, with a slow, sure gesture, he extended his finger. A flame appeared, dancing, threatening. He let the fire engulf the pages one by one, the words disappearing in the burning heat. The letters were fading. The secrets were turning to ashes. And when nothing remained, Kaelen watched the fragments fly away with the wind, scattering into the night. But he knew… He knew that other versions of the book existed somewhere. Perhaps forgotten, perhaps hidden, but still present. And sooner or later... The truth he had just destroyed would return. Whether through the book... Or through Alma herself. And when t

Awaken (The moonlight of Monaserus)

Awaken (The moonlight of Monaserus)

Alyssa exclaimed after seeing all the things on a particular page. "What Is it, Alyssa?" Asked Berk worried. "Don't worry Berk everything is going to be fine, let's go," replied Alyssa as she keeps the book on the floor. "Are we done?" Berk asked surprised. "Yes we are," Alyssa replied and they both left the room. As soon as they turned and left the room, the book closes back by itself, and the book cover reads; 'THE BOOK OF SHADOWS' and then the book disappears. . .

Itzthalia Charm
The skill of the writer is unique, the plot is amazing ❤️and unpredictable and still very transparent, I love Alyssa role as a motivator and supporter to Darrell unlike other random plots where the female protagonist is waiting for her prince charming to rescue her from distress I find that pathetic

What do I say about this book... it’s so powerful. I honestly felt my whole thought process shift after finishing it. Such a beautiful read. With life so hectic is was great to be taken to another world and sink into the story. As always I love these stories and characters created. Always refreshing

The Academy of The Ascendant - Book 1 Marked by Starlight

The Academy of The Ascendant - Book 1 Marked by Starlight

Magic tightening like a net. He began to speak, chanting in an old tongue. But before the incantation could finish, the book burned. Flame shot up from the name — not wild, but deliberate. Purposeful. It didn’t destroy the page. It sealed it. The gold letters glowed red-hot before cooling into black glass. The Archivist stepped back, eyes wide. “The book has accepted her.” The woman Councilor snarled. “Then we’ll erase the page.” I stepped forward.

Between Three Loves

Between Three Loves

"What does the writer do when the book is closed?" "He learns to live without the ink," Dewangga said. He tore the page from his notebook—the one with the names of the corrupt—and tossed it into the small fire Sarah had built. He watched as the paper curled, the names blackening and turning to ash before being carried away by the wind.

"No, the book is sacredly sealed and is impossible to break open without the chosen one who has claimed their powers or with the blood of the chosen one. That is why it is us against the supernatural world." "Why can't we just destroy the book if it is so dangerous and holds that much power?" "Remember when I told you that the book has a mind of its own? Well, it senses when an individual touches it intending to destroy it. Therefore, it kills the individual in question." Wow, how could such a book be created in the first place?

Seducing The Alpha: My Ex's Uncle, My Mate

Dee’s eyes went wide with disbelief. “That book is a myth,” Linette said. “It doesn’t exist.” “It does,” I replied. “Covered in spikes, bloody writing, and glittering with gold and black.” Linette’s lashes fluttered. “No… that book was destroyed,” she whispered. “What is it? Some kind of forbidden text or magic?” I asked. “It’s the Book of Fate,” Linette breathed. “Said to have been destroyed centuries ago. How did you touch it?” “It… appeared in my room,” I confessed, my voice shaking.

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

I screamed. I didn't write on the page. I tore the book in half. The Climax of the Revision The destruction of the Editor’s book was a total systemic failure for the Author’s desk. The sea of ink didn't drain; it boiled. The neon lines of code shattered into jagged shards of glass that began to slice through the Author’s parchment skin, revealing the thousands of metal type-set characters inside. "You're destroying the sequence!" the Faceless Author shrieked, her typewriter keys flying off the machine like shrapnel. "There is no Volume Ten without a ledger!"

BILLIONAIRES

BILLIONAIRES

Yes, I was a maniac. After, I dashed over to the well furnished book shelf. Like an insane person who needed to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible, I began tossing the books in the air, panting hard as I did so. Since my room didn't have much stuff in it, all that was left to destroy was the bed, TV, glass table, and maybe the glass windows. No, I didn't hesitate with myself. I rushed over to the 65-inch plasma TV which featured on the wall opposite my bed, disconnected its wires from the socket, threw the TV to the floor, ensuring its screen turned into pieces of glass.
