Dimension Portals Novels & Stories

When she opened them, she still looked irritated. ‘How do we find this gate then?’ Joy forced a sweet smile. I pursed my lips and she kneaded her forehead as though she had a blazing headache. ‘You don’t know either.’ And then she perked up like fireworks. ‘Portal. You’re talking about a portal. A portal to another dimension.’ ‘S-Something like that.’ I smiled awkwardly. ‘Think of a person. Anyone who lives there,’ instructed the scientist. ‘But that’s not what Keithen—I mean, Rum—did,’ I protested.

CHAPTER FOUR Eric walked down the passage which had black tiles on its floor and up the walls; doors on his left and right as he walked passed; each door had a tag. He walked past a door labelled Saturn, another Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Mercury. The doors were labelled with planets of the solar system except Earth; they were not labelled for figurative purpose because each door actually leads to the planets mentioned; those doors were known as “Dimensional Gates”.

The Luna Essence became a transformative catalyst, empowering beings to step into their true power, express their passions, and radiate their unique brilliance across the cosmos. As cosmic explorers ventured through the celestial realms, they encountered portals of light known as "Luna Gates of Revelation." These portals shimmered with celestial energy, beckoning seekers to embark on profound journeys of self-exploration. Beyond the gates, individuals experienced transformative encounters with their deepest truths, confronting fears, and embracing their true identities. They emerged from these transformative odysseys with a renewed sense of purpose and a steadfast commitment to living authen

Before I could respond, the sky split open. Thousands of portals appeared. Each portal showed a different world. One was burning. One was frozen. One was drowning. One was peaceful. One was filled with war. One had no humans. One had no animals. One had no death. One had no life. My daughter covered her face. Too many. I pulled her into my arms. Don't look. But she looked anyway. Mama... What? They're all crying. My heart broke. The End stepped closer. You can hear them because you are their Keeper.

I whisper, backing away. "A fragment. Valuable. Dangerous. It allows for limited passage between what lies beneath the Sea of Singing Teeth and here." "Passage?" Ingrid repeats, her voice reedy. "Maybe. Portals," he says grimly. "Temporary. But they can be kept open.". I stare at the shard as if it were to somehow come to life. "So that's how the masked ones came through." He nods. "And he left it on purpose," I say, voice forced.

It disappeared and the gates open. “She, does he means Ana or the girl in black?” Van thought. Van and Cara are the first to enter the gates. Kirsten and the rest hesitated, yet no one wants to be left out here with the metal face so they follow with their eyes closed. Van and the rest then emerge into a vast chamber or a void perhaps for there is no floors, walls or ceilings here. There are only doors here, lots and lots of doors floating around like hooded ghosts. Van approaches the nearest one. The door must be more than eight feet tall for it towers above Van’s head. Carved around the decorated knocker is an inscription:

A location that would allow me to travel back and forth between realms literally from the comfort of my backyards. We built a shred around a crater portal that transported us to the were world. Unlike the gated portal we used for werewolves wanting to visit the mortal world this portal was only known to myself and my higher ranks. In the past, weres were able to escape and travel between worlds by crating unstable portals in between the worlds.

But it did mine. “Simmer down, simmer down.” Ryker shifted his weight and rested one hand on his hip. “I’ve been working with a Portal Magician. We have created a new form of portal, one that disguises itself into its environment seamlessly. This is how we shall travel back home, and how all our travel shall be conducted henceforth.” He jerked his chin, like he was nodding to himself. “There are a few kinks to be worked out still, but he has determined that three days should be time enough to resolve them. Until then, our lives here shall continue as normal.” Applause broke out. It was quiet – we were in hiding, after all – but one brave idiot even let out a whoop of joy.

And now, the latest report in my hand trembled—not because of the wind, but because of what it contained. A map of Scotland, glowing faintly with red ink blotches that hadn’t been there yesterday. I stared at it, my jaw clenched, my gloved hands slowly curling into fists. “They’re opening,” General Baelen said grimly beside me. “One after another. The scouts confirmed it. The dungeons aren’t just old caverns anymore. They’re portals now.” “Portals to where?” Alpha Khy asked, his voice rough from hours without sleep. He leaned against the edge of the table, still armored from the last encounter, his blade propped beside him and flecks of ash staining his boots. His sharp eyes never left me.

The Luminis Shard pulsed in response, its glow brightening until the entire chamber reflected its silver light. A crackling sound filled the air, like metal bending, like wind tearing through something unseen, and then a thin line of white light split open above the shard. It widened into a circular doorway, swirling with shimmering blue-white energy. The portal hummed with a faint vibration that made the floor beneath them tremble. “This is it,” Zander’s voice echoed from the glowing portal. “Enter. I’ll pull you through safely.” Gavriel didn’t hesitate. He stood with Althea still on his lap for a moment, then gently set her down on her feet. His hands remained at her waist as he leaned clo
