Do Not Trust Anyone Novels & Stories

he repeated. But Ava's words echoed. "Trust no one." Who was I to believe? As the world around me shattered, I realized: Trust was a luxury I couldn't afford. Alliances will be tested. Secrets will be revealed. The prophecy's fulfillment will change everything. The world around me crumbled. Vincent's voice rose above the chaos. "Ruth, stay close!" Michael shielded me, his body tense. Ava's eyes locked onto mine. "Remember, trust no one."

"Dad..." He walked toward me slowly, his arms open. “My daughter, I'm sorry about everything, how i couldn’t protect you from your stepmother.” he said. “And...everything your mom said is true. Don’t ever doubt it. And don’t blame yourself for anything.” “Yes, Ava,” my mom echoed. “And one last thing…never trust anyone.” Her voice grew louder, echoing inside my head. “Never trust anyone…never trust anyone…” My dad joined in, then the old man. The words bounced inside my skull, louder and louder. “Never trust anyone!”

I felt his hand on my chin, and gently, he turned my head so my eyes could meet his. "I don't care what other people think. I don't care if they are going to believe me or not. But I want you to believe me no matter what happens." He said softly while staring straight into my eyes. "Wherever you are today, you can never trust anyone. But I will choose to trust you, and you should trust me too. Be friends with no one but me. This place is more dangerous than you think. And if you ever fall into their trap, you will end up like what happened to me. "But what if you are the one who will betray me..?"

She sat up and wriggled her hand to get rid of the pain she was feeling. "Aurora?" "Yes, Dad?" "Do you know you can be betrayed by someone you trust?" "I do." "I don't think you do. You see, in this life, you shouldn't trust someone too much. You can trust only yourself." "But I trust you, Dad. I do." "Don't trust me. I don't even trust myself. So, don't trust me. The only person you can trust and depend on is yourself. Do you understand? "I do."

“I know you are a kind person but you can’t trust everyone. You will end up getting hurt” “I don’t trust everyone” She mumbled but couldn’t meet his eyes. “You believe people easily and it would end up biting you in the ass one day. Nobody can be trusted when it comes to money so put that in mind” “That’s not true. Not everyone turns evil when money is involved.” She argued but Luca shook his head. “Not in this world. Everyone wants something from you and they would do anything including lie to your face to get what you want. You can never trust someone easily. It’s dangerous” Luca warned, looking her straight in the eyes.

I decided to open the envelope first to see what was inside of it. "Dear Ryan, I hope this letter reaches you because I have something important to say. Right now, I cannot say much in it as I am afraid that I will be tracked. For now, what I can say is that do not trust anyone. Including those who are close to you as you might not know who is the betrayer amongst them.

"Two, you don't speak ill of minorities and you do not hang out with people who you don't know About their past records or things they do behind your back," "Three, and this is the most important Araceli!! Trust less for Godsake Amita. There are shitty people everywhere, you can't go around trusting humans that they won't hurt you or want to take a bit from you, they are humans and they are cruel and they want what you have, therefore they are willing to use several dubious means to get what you have, either stabbing you at the back or pretending to be a caring friend or both." She ran out of breath as she looked at me despicably.

“And what do you gain from all this?” “Ahhh…. I said only one question, but I'll give you an advice. Don’t trust anyone around you. No one at all. They do not have your best interest at heart. Keep your decisions and discoveries to yourself or you’ll end up in something worse than you did three years ago.” The line goes off. The painful throbbing in my head was only getting worse. I could agree with one thing he said, I couldn’t trust anyone. I returned to my room and I changed the password on my door and safe. I walked to Revna’s room and did the same.

Others were beginning to question what they felt. Not rejecting me. But no longer fully trusting their instincts. And that was dangerous. Because trust was the foundation. Not power. Not structure. Trust. I closed my eyes briefly. “Ryker,” I said quietly. No response. Of course not. He was watching. Waiting. Studying the outcome. I opened my eyes again. And made a decision I didn’t want to make. “Everyone listen,” I sent through the network. My voice steadied. “Anything that feels unfamiliar do not act on it.”

"You do not have much choice. You will always get blood on your hands, My Lady" She gulped and looked around. "But they are innocent!" "They all know the rules but they decided to break them. You do not stroke them because they are enemies, not allies. Always remember the first rule." He paused and continued. "Do not trust anyone. You might end up dead or... Other people will end up dead because of your mistake"
