My name is Helen Fonseca, I am a young girl of the lower-middle class, recently graduated from high school and with the dream of studying nursing, but, my world changes radically when because of a serious illness in my mother, my father forces me to marry a man in a wheelchair; I do not know who he is, I do not know him, but it is said that he is an arrogant, cold, calculating and intimidating man, and that's not all, I will have to deal with that, and around him from this moment, what will happen? He is supposed to be my best friend—at least I have been seeing him as one—doing a lot of things with him together. We go to school together, share the same hobbies, and love the same sports.
