Novel & Cerita Does Amelia Shepherd Die

Amelia buried her head in her legs and cried at what she had just seen. Cornelius showed no hesitation nor remorse when he slit Arthur’s mom's throat. The prophecy had said that she would be the one to end the war but she didn’t think it would mean that she would have to be the one to kill Cornelius. Even though she knew that he deserved it, she didn’t know if she had it in her to take someone’s life even if that person was Cornelius. What was she going to do? **** “Judging by the expression on your face, I’d say you’ve shown Amelia who Cornelius is,” Alphaeus said as soon as Cara appeared into their room.

Hector whispered and I felt my eyes grow to saucers in my sockets. Did she catch the feet fungus that’d been running wild in my room that first night? But the Lycan wouldn't make this big of a deal about that, would he? What the hell was happening? I felt the itch of pre-sweat return in my armpits as I nodded him along wordlessly, my breath catching in my throat when he looked away and I heard the next words. “Amelia’s dead Nola. Has been for a while. It was unnatural, what killed her,” Hector seethed, fisting his hands by his side and turning away when I went to put my hand around his thick bicep reflexively.

“Answer my question, Amelia. Did we get into a fight and break up? What happened to our family? Why did I wake up in a strange place with no memories of my past? Where is Stanley?” Susan’s voice raised gradually as she asked each question. Her voice grew so loud and firm when she got to the last question. “He is dead!” Amelia responded, and her eyes popped wide open. Susan went blank for a few seconds before blinking. She recalled what she remembered and tears heated up her eyes real quick. “My husband died? How did he die?” “Susan, that is enough…” “How did he die?!!” She roared in rage. “He was murdered, okay? Take it easy! This is too much to take in at a time!” Amelia smacked.

“Believe in him, Celeste. The way I believe in him.” I nodded. I tried to speak, but there were no words, only the ache sitting heavy in my chest. That was when I remembered her. Amelia. “Where is she?” I asked, trying so hard to compose myself. “Where is that murderer?” “She was shot,” Richard answered. “When she saw the bullet had hit Jace, she tried to fire again, at you. So she was taken down.” “Is she alive?” He paused. “No. She died instantly.”

Her left foot twitched once and she moved no more. "NOOO!!" Amelia's cry was long, drawn out, full of anguish. She fell on her knees beside her daughter's corpse, crying, shaking her, screaming her name over and over again. I stood, watching, thinking that perhaps this end was the best. I couldn't have sworn that I would not have killed her myself for what she had done to Valeria. "You killed her." Amelia turned furiously on Silas, her eyes swimming with tears and blazing with fury. "You killed her. Why did you have to kill her?"

“We’re still gathering information.” “I’m sorry for your loss, Ryden. I know this won’t get any less painful.” Shadow pulled me into a hug. “I’ll be here until they wake up.” “You don’t have to. I’m sure you’re needed back home.” I turned to Zarah. “Amelia is arrested for murder.” “What?” Three of them as me in unison. “How could they do that to my daughter?” Shae instantly wiped her tears. “You have to save her, Ryden. You know she didn’t kill anyone.” Amelia actually someone killed tonight but it was self-defense against those who trespassed our territory.

Amelia was slipping away from my hands, she was dying and there was like nothing that I could do for her other than watch her slip into death's wicked hands. "Amelia... Amelia, you can't let go of me!!" I yelled and shook her body but there was no response from her nor did she let out any growl anymore. She was dead! My Amelia was dead! Gone away from this world forever!! "Amelia!!!!" I screamed in pains wishing that I had come out earlier maybe I would have been able to do something about it if I had come out earlier. "Amelia!!!"

The Elder stared at him coldly: "What I said was 'another cycle, assuming the Luna's power continued to stabilize him.' Your Luna held him together alone through the entire full moon night. Her own wolf nearly collapsed. But she was never a substitute for Alpha blood — she could only slow the disintegration, not stop it. You were the only cure, and you weren't there." Kael released the Elder and staggered back. The Elder added: "When Selene came to register Ash's death, I examined her. Her wolf's power has been permanently damaged — she broke herself trying to save him." Kael turned and walked out. In the corridor outside the ceremonial hall, he slammed into the wall. Nora caught up and trie

"...to save you..." "...before they killed her." Elsie's entire body went numb. "No..." Amelia nodded weakly. "I raised you..." "...because I loved you..." "...not because you were mine..." Another violent cough interrupted her. Blood stained her lips. "Mother!" Elsie cried. Amelia looked at Rowan one final time. "Protect her..." "...no matter what..." Then her body suddenly went limp. "Healer!" Thomas shouted. Several healers rushed forward immediately, pushing everyone back as they desperately tried to stabilize Amelia.

With a reluctant sigh, I dragged myself out of bed, my body aching in places I’d rather forget. As I made my way towards the grand throne room, each step was a reminder of the pain I felt between my legs. I winced but pressed on, determined not to show any weakness. My only friend in this unfamiliar place, Hailey, caught up with me along the way, concern etched on her face. “What’s wrong, Amelia?” Hailey asked, her voice filled with worry. I hesitated, unable to find the words to explain. “I have to meet Alpha Hunter in the throne room,” I finally replied, my voice barely above a whisper.
