Does Amelia Shepherd Die Novels & Stories

I needed to come up with something fast. "I do," I said firmly. "And I've decided that she doesn't deserve to die." I knew I was going off the initial plan, but I couldn't watch her die. Ryder seemed to consider this for a moment before nodding slowly. "Very well, I'll do it," he said walking towards Amelia as my heart skipped. I looked at her, her eyes pleading. Telling me she doesn't want to die, but I didn't have a say. My heart skipped as he got closer, his sword raised to strike her down.

And I was scared of being scarred for life. "I’ll tell him about it," Amelia concluded the call. "Who was that?" I asked in a sad tone. "She said your..." I heard Amelia gulp. My senses had become sharper and faster after I had united my alpha spirits. "My what?" I asked, staring into her eyes. "What’s the problem?" "This isn’t the right time, but... your mother is dead. She said her body was found at the bottom of the — pack river..." My mind went blank. I tried to process what Amelia just said, but instead, I burst into laughter. I laughed so loudly that Amelia must have thought I’d lost it.

A cold shiver swept down my spine. “That’s when Amelia decided Katherine had to die. Not because Katherine wronged her, but because Amelia could not stand living in her shadow. She thought if Katherine was gone, Edward would finally turn to her. And so, she planned her movements carefully. She lured Katherine out, cornered her, and killed her with her own hands and also a shovel. She was ruthless, deliberate. There was no accident, no moment of weakness. Amelia knew exactly what she was doing.” My chest tightened, “And Katherine’s child? Do you know what happened to the child?” My voice cracked at the question.

“Two gunshot wounds. Significant blood loss.” Amelia staggered back as if struck. “Take me to him.” “You can’t,” Sophie said. “It’s not safe. They’re still looking for you.” “I don’t care!” Amelia shouted. “I won’t hide while he’s dying!” Donald finally turned. “If you show up, you’ll lead them straight to him.” Tears streamed down Amelia’s face. “This is my fault.” “No,” Sophie said fiercely. “This is Lawson’s mess. And the people cleaning it up.”

"Hahaha… darling. Did you hear? Amelia is fighting for her life. There's no news about it because it was blocked but I paid someone from the hospital." Cheryl took a large sip of the wine in her glass as she celebrated her enemy's downfall. She kept laughing completely oblivious of Jake's livid expression. He was upset that his people mistakenly shot Amelia, the love of his life instead of Ethan Carter. Now she was hurt while the person he intended to kill was still breathing and still in Amelia's life.

Her body shook as that picture of broken and desperate Amelia she had seen earlier played in her mind like a love song. In all her life as Psychiatrist, Brenda had never seen anyone who yearned to die this much as Amelia Rose, It was something she couldn’t just push out of Amelia’s mind, she thought if this woman talked about her life and problems then she would let go and seriously Brenda thought it was going well when she accepted chemotherapy but now she wasn’t sure any more.

Then answered: “For leaving the situation quietly.” Amelia’s expression shifted instantly. “So you bribed her.” Damian didn’t deny it. That was enough. Amelia stepped back slightly. Her voice dropped. “And you thought that would just… end everything?” Damian’s jaw tightened. “I thought it did end everything.” Silence. Then Amelia whispered: “But she died.” That sentence hung there again. He didn’t respond immediately. Because now the contradiction was unbearable. Damian finally spoke. “That’s what I don’t understand.”

“I can’t protect you if you run away!” I point out, a little frustrated that she’s pinning Sarah’s death on me. Yes, I feel bad that the human died, but I wasn’t the one who killed her. Amelia buries her face in her hands, her shoulders shaking. When she lifts her head again, there are no tears, though her eyes are red-rimmed. “It will never matter what you give me as long as I’m here against my will.”

Adrian brought Amelia a cup of tea. Then, he said soothingly, "Please don't feel too sad about it." "I…" Amelia sighed heavily once again. Her eyes reddened for the second time. As she thought about her deceased mother, she wondered if she should feel relieved or sad. Before her mother died, she truly believed that Hector loved her with all his heart. She had died happily, but… that could also mean that she had spent most of her life in the dark. Even when she died, she never got to find out about the truth.

But when she stepped forward, the light fell across her face—and the world under my feet shifted. Amelia. My breath left me in one violent exhale. No. Impossible. She was dead. She had been found dead. A body identified. A funeral held. A tragedy filed away, used to explain Maxwell’s unraveling. Yet here she was. Standing. Breathing. Alive. Her hair was longer. Her face thinner. But her eyes—those same dangerous, calculating eyes—locked onto mine like a blade My throat closed. My vision tilted. I felt the blood drain from my face so quickly spots danced in my sight.
