My arm broke as he twisted me to land on my stomach with my arm twisted in behind my back. I pushed upward and rolled onto my back while holding on to his arm and punched him with my elbow in the face. He brought his legs up and I grabbed his one leg as he rolled and I pinned him down on his stomach with my arms around his neck and I pulled his head upward.
