Alpha’s Hated Slave Mate

Alpha’s Hated Slave Mate

Ellie groaned out turning sideways “Whatever you say” Dora replied “I hate seeing her in pain” Dora muttered looking away from her friend who was helplessly in heat. She wondered why her friend refused to finish the mating process with Alpha Ezra, assuming she had, she wouldn’t be going through this pain at all.

My Daughter Died Because Of My Wife

My Daughter Died Because Of My Wife

My wife, Lani Fort, finally answered my calls only after my daughter, Anjou, stopped breathing. “Didn’t I tell you that Warren Stafford’s dog was having a difficult labor? I’m in the middle of saving a life right now. “You’ve called 108 times in two hours. What on earth is going on?” Two hours earlier, my daughter had suddenly developed a high fever, so I took her to the hospital. The doctor diagnosed her with acute myocarditis and said her only chance of survival was to use an ECMO machine. The $50,000 initial fee for the treatment had become an insurmountable obstacle for me. I called her 108 times, but she had rejected every single call. My voice trembled as I held my daughter’s lif

The Luna's Groom

The Luna's Groom

I attempt to sit up, rubbing my head while checking my body for injuries, but there is nothing—nothing except my pendant. Tobias' ring is missing from my neck. Could I have been reborn? Is he here? I spring to my feet, heading for the door just as Dora comes sliding in. “Oh, my dear!” she cries, enveloping me in a tight embrace. “Don’t you dare do that again, do you hear me?” “Do what? I need to find Tobias, Dora. Where is he?” She freezes, pulling back slightly. “I understand, truly. I know how deeply this must hurt. Death can be so cruel, taking your husband away, but you're still young. You have a great life ahead of you. Suicide is never the answer—stay strong for Tobias.”

Alpha's Legal Wife

Alpha's Legal Wife

Seeing someone who doesn't normally cry, break down to such an extent was all that was needed to throw her off track. "Where are you right now?" Elsa asked anxiously, but all she got in response was low sobs. "Damn it Dora. Where are you?" "The hospital. There are a lot of people and I am trying to get everything ready for the burial." Dora sniffed breathlessly. "Okay. Try to be calm okay. I will be right there. You don't have to talk to people you don't want to, I will be there by tomorrow. Okay?" Elsa didn't remember anything about the date, all she knew was that she had to be in Florida as fast as possible.

Dying in Three, Two, One

Dying in Three, Two, One

Carl pulled her into his arms and said, "Don't cry, Pheebs. Everyone has their own destiny." What bullshit! I didn't believe in that rubbish, yet my fate had played such a huge prank on me. It had turned me into such a harbinger of misfortune. I saw the slight smile on Carl's face. He seemed to be pleased that I was dead. He and the rest of them surrounded my body. Silence descended upon them as they looked at my photo and urn. Gary said grimly, "Holly called me this afternoon and told me she was going to die. She wanted us to have one last meal with her."

Mortal

Mortal

I gasp. I push the speed, running down the hall, and looking into the dorms. The air is thick with smoke, and I cough, covering my mouth with my sleeve. “Something is on fire, Winter,” Alec says. “I know. We need to find Brynn.” My heart lurches. I can feel Alec at my back, but he’s not saying anything else, probably trying to figure out exactly where the smoke is coming from. The door to Brynn's dorm is open, and I freeze. Glass is everywhere. Shattered picture frames, a broken lamp. And blood. There are dark spots on the carpet.

Dying for His Lover

Dying for His Lover

"Put us both on a cliff, let Kevin choose who to save. He'll obviously pick you. Push me off. And have someone underwater to catch me. I'll vanish. You'll get your happy ending." She'd laughed then, smug and superior. "I don't need to go to such lengths. I don't need your stupid plan to win him back." So I showed her a video. In the footage, Kevin lay in an alleyway, blood everywhere, completely motionless. And hiding behind a corner wall was a girl in a white dress—Audrey. She waited until everyone else had left. Then, carefully, she stepped forward, checked for breath under his nose… and ran.

Let’s Divorce. Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice.

Let’s Divorce. Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice.

After hearing that, she found herself unable to respond. In the end, she only asked, “So this can never really end, can it?” This time, Stella fell silent. She simply stared at Dora. That silence made Dora feel even more suffocated. “What if I die? If I die, will you let everyone else go?” Everyone else. The people Dora wanted to protect most were Fiona and Evan. Since all of this was directed at her, she suddenly wondered whether everything would finally end if she died. But she was wrong.

I am enjoying the book so far just started it. But if I were to play a drinking game for every time it is mentioned that Stella is an orphan I’d be long dead. Seriously we get it she was an orphan with no parents etc etc

WARNING..DON’T EVEN START READING IT!! The first few chapters are good, but then the author loses the plot, making the story go around in circles with no forward movement and dragging it out with unnecessary scenes. 5 stars are for it being the most boring story

Death's Day

Death's Day

His voice was getting frantic. Duke was not moving; his eyes were shut and his skin glistened with the first drops of rain that had come with the rumbling sky. “Duke!” Tim screamed. He had felt the panic in Jason’s voice and young as he was, he understood what that meant. Jack stood by the side, tears glimmering in his eyes. It seemed the boy had already given up on life before it started. “He is dead, is he not?” he asked.
