My father tugged on Jackson and mine's arms. "He will kill her idiots, he lives underwater and unless she can breathe in water, she'll die," he growled quietly. Both of our eyes widened and Jackson rushed to get to his mother's side but couldn't make it before the pair vanished. Jackson fell to his knees and yelled out in anguish. "She had to have known what was going to happen, why would she agree," Jackson sobbed sadly. "Perhaps to save the rest of us, she would have seen all outcomes being Destiny. Maybe she will kill him before she perishes," Rai stated and squeezed Jackson's shoulder.

In no time, he was done and we fixed the DIY cross and Lena dropped her flowers at the top and we stared ahead the sun was setting beautifully which was perfect. It made the trees shadow above us. It felt awful watching the tears drop from Moe's eyes to the sand covering Kayla's grave. And I felt worst that we couldn't give her a proper burial but I thought well she's better than those that died on the road and ended up as zombie food. The night was moving too slow as I tossed and turned on the bed. I finally gave up and got out of bed. I went to my bag and grabbed the bottle of vodka I snuck into it like I knew a day like this would come.

Soon enough, the world would see exactly what kind of people they were. Wyatt was just about to slip away when the doctor finally rushed in. After performing a quick check on my body, he looked up at Celia and sighed heavily. "I'm so sorry, Ms. Ashford. Mr. Elliot has indeed passed away." Celia's arms tightened around me. The last trace of hope vanished from her eyes. "Why?" she whispered. "I calculated everything perfectly. The dose, the oxygen tank... I even left water and food in that casket. How could he possibly die?"

"You need to come back now. There really were intruders. Your mom and Theodore were both hurt!" Jessica let out a scornful laugh. "Fine, fine. I'll save them after watching the meteor shower with Wilson. Besides, it's not a serious injury. Theodore's not going to die from it. " She hung up after that. Amelia wasn't going to give up. She tried calling again, but the cold automated voice replied, "The number you dialed is currently powered off." I wasn't surprised. I had long since stopped expecting anything from a sister that heartless.

(Doris' POV) It was silent for a few seconds after I had rejected and refused Liddell, digesting wholeheartedly the shock and despair lingering on his face. "It's Doris, the Goddess of War. Doris has risen!" The doctor whom I had knocked out previously yelled out after hearing my words of rejection to an Alpha. He staggered to his feet and in fear, attempted to flee out of the ward, and perhaps out of the hospital to tell the world what he saw and witnessed.

She knew that she was pushing her luck but her urgency to quit the club had taken over her common sense. "The fact that she died because of your actions." Emilia shoved Alice backwards. It was a small push. But it caught Alice by surprise. She crashed over two chairs and smashed her jaw against the floor. She groaned and onto her knees, the metallic taste of blood filling her mouth. Emilia didn't look upset or horrified. She had a look of forced satisfaction on her face.

“Dr. De Vega… he’s dead.” “What? Damn…” Timotheus massaged the bridge of his nose after hearing the bad news. “What? Something wrong?” Ferran looked at him then diverted his gaze on the road. “You will not believe who did it. Jul—Danryll!” Timotheus heard Zyrille’s voice from the other line. “We need to go. Something’s going on with the kids… What?” “Hey—hello? Danryll!” Timotheus looked at the screen of his phone and the call ended. “Dr. De Vega… he died. He was killed.”

"Is that what you wish?" As harsh as it sounds, I know Dora doesn't make threats lightly. If she says what she says it is because she has previously arranged everything so she can end Amber's life. I know that death does not scare her. Just as she says, by ending her life, she will win the game. But I can't allow it. Knowing I only have one option I breathe in slowly. "If I give up on her..." "Then I'll let her live," Dora affirms.

‘What is going on? I just went to the toilet and she died when I came back?’ At that instant, Darryl was stunned and furious while feeling very confused too. “And why is that? We just met you today!” There were tears circling in Dora’s eyes, “My sister died in their hands…during last year’s hunting season. They forced her to do drugs with them…to turn her up…she didn’t even make it to the next dawn. So No. I won’t flip. And I think killing this bastard with drugs is too fucking merciful.” A deadly silence fell upon them, with Andre and Dora staring at each other. Andre looked away first. He picked up the injector again and slowly injected the drugs into Danton’s veins.
