I closed my suitcase with a loud thud. “That’s it! We have Alexa. Didn’t you say Alpha Romero and Alpha Alastair are also her mates? Plus, Alexa is prophesied to be the Supreme Luna who unites all packs. The alpha who stands beside her can’t be just anyone, right?” My uncle insisted excitedly. “Harlow may be a Lycan, but that doesn’t mean he can defeat Alpha Romero or Alpha Alastair, right? What if they are pitted against each other?” He kept pushing his cunning idea.

The lavender smell was nowhere and this made me question her curtly, "Are you really the doctor who treated me last night?" Tania's eyes dilapidated in confusion. Could it be that she was lying to me? Before I could think any further, I started receiving a mind-link. I went ahead to receive it. It was my beta on the other end. Benjamin said, "Alpha Xander, as per your order, I scanned the management system. Tania Cooper was the doctor who treated you last night." I wasn't fully satisfied. If she made me restless last night why wasn't she arousing me again?

She glared. Xander rolled his eyes, “I’m waiting for Lorenzo to pick me up.” He stated cooly and Serenity frowned at the familiarity with which they spoke. At the mention of Lorenzo’s name, Olympia’s breath hitched. “How do you know Lorenzo?” Serenity questioned, curious about the doctor’s reaction to the mention of him. “He was a patient of mine before, these guys are frequent fliers of my ER.” She rolled her eyes at Xander, easily steering the topic from Lorenzo, but Serenity had already caught on.

There's something more than this, and she just couldn't think about it. He finally lifts up his head. "Ah!!" Roseline gasped. His irises. It had changed color. From golden brown to a crimson color. "Who are you?" Lucian gasped. Roseline eyes also changes color like this. But he knew it changes only when she thinks about him. "Let me introduce myself to you. I am Xing, I am one of the top ten warriors of the underworld. I am a demon General. And the girl standing behind you is my mate, my queen. And i came to this earth to take her away, back home."

He glanced at Amelia, then at Leo, and smiled politely. “You’re his guardian?” the doctor asked. “Yes,” Amelia replied, straightening in her chair. The doctor’s eyes lit up with recognition. “Oh… I know you. Ms. Amelia Stone of Blackwood Enterprises. It’s a pleasure to finally meet you face to face.” Amelia gave a small smile, though worry still clouded her expression. “The pleasure’s mine, Doctor. But please what’s wrong with Leonardo?” The doctor flipped open the folder and pulled out a sheet of paper. “From the medical charts here and if you’ll just take a look at the X-ray you’ll see this.” He walked to the light board on the wall, clipped the film up, and switched on the light.

“Hey, Draco. Look, I know that you are angry about your leg. I am doctor, maybe I can get you a prosthesis or anything to make you walk easily.” I shake my head when I recognize Xylon’s tone. He is bringing up the leg on purpose. He is going to drive this witch crazy before all this is over. “I don’t need your help!” Draco’s reaction is proof that he hit a nerve. “Calm down, man. You look cray cray when you spit out lightings like that,” Xaden jumps in, amused. I really have daring sons. “Shut up!” Draco roars, sending his lighting everywhere.

The full moon was slightly embossed with texture and a bit of silver paint to add to the mysticism. “Research?” Lucian asked as he sat in the empty chair next to me. I didn’t love that he was sitting so close to me, but didn’t want to draw attention and move away. “Are doctors writing prescriptions these days or are you back to casting spells?” His smile was wide, his teeth square and perfectly straight. “Ha ha,” I said, shifting slightly in my seat. “Did you come here to diminish my intelligence as a physician, or did you need something from me?”

Chapter 15 Lumina (Luna) The doctor's office was exactly as I remembered Dr. Martinez had been our family physician for years, a competent enough doctor but one that failed me when it mattered most. In my previous life, Dr Martinez had told me about the magic siphon that was happening and had informed me to tell Xenois which I did repeatedly, insisting something was wrong, only for Xenois to brush it aside and say it was normal childhood illnesses, nothing to worry about.

He remained colder and sat on the chair as if he owned that place. "Doctor Cassandra, nice to meet you," Brutus spoke with a smirk on his lips. I was trying my best to ignore him. His presence filled the space, his broad shoulders straining against his shirt, the top button undone, revealing a sliver of tanned skin. "Same here.." I smiled forcefully and rested on my chair. Other doctors left for their department. I had no idea what else was served on my plate by the moon goddess.

“You just need to know how to maneuver your way around it.” “Ah,” Luna Corrine chuckled. “Still, an Alpha’s control can be softened in the right ways. Tell me, dear, have you considered any of the Luna tonics? They help… encourage fertility. I believe that it should be time for the two of you to start a family. You are young, you are beautiful and very much capable. You do not want to have them when being weaker and you want Xavier to be by their side.”
