Serana POV. “Ahhh,” I moan, as the monster hovers over me. He is my capture, my jailer Vilkas, the last dragon. “You Lycan whores are all the same. Like bitches in heat.” He grips my face, forcing me to look at him. I look into his green reptilian eyes, blood tastes on my tongue. He pants harder before he pulls out and flips me over. I feel like I’m being ripped in half as he entered me roughly from behind.

If I had to face this drakaina alone I know I would have likely fainted. Behind the Queen are two attendants. One male and one female and both very young. They are wearing matching outfits of pale blue silk, their wings small and folded behind them. The drake has a warm glow about him, like captured sunlight, his skin a tawny brown like days spent too long on a beach. His hair looks like a fallen star, starting with black at the roots and extending out in every direction with a fade from black into purple then red, orange, and finally pale blonde. His eyes are coal black.

What if she doesn’t want to be Queen or them Kings? Draco was a formidable thirty-nine-foot silver dragon. Silver denoted Mystics. Their eyes were the color of gemstones. The color represented the primary element that they drew their power from. Draco’s eyes were an electric blue because he drew his power from water. One might think that fire would be the most powerful element, but it was not. Water was because there were water molecules in the air that could be used as an extensive power source. Also, when there was no other way to fight, the water could be harnessed.

I was so lost in the sensations that I was feeling I’d failed to notice that the group had ended their reunion and turned to us. “Sera?” I only regained my senses after Max called out to me. A flush of heat crept up to my cheeks as I looked up to find four pairs of eyes watching us curiously. Draco was unfazed by the situation and reached out his hand, offering a handshake to Max. “Hi, I’m Draco Macer, Alpha of the Silva Moon Pack and Sera’s second-chance mate. Nice to meet you, Max,” Draco said, sounding so confident and imposing.

Alicia decided she had to see if he was still conscious before determining if she could help him or not. One quiet step at a time, Alicia came upon the dragon. He was blue, purple, and green and his skin shone in the sunlight like oil. Being a girl who knew no fear, she carefully reached a hand out to touch him. After all, it was not every day that you got to touch a dragon, she thought. He didn’t open his eyes when she gently touched the side of his face. That gave her courage to examine him. Alicia had hopes to be a Doctor of Animals, but she knew that was just a dream. No one would take a woman seriously.

Draco growled. Daemon frowned. "You're reassigning my responsibilities?" "I'm reminding you that we have an intruder." Draco answered back. Daemon grin and said, "The intruder isn't flirting with me." "The Crimson Mistress isn't your assignment." Draco roared. Draven failed to suppress a laugh. "Oh, this is getting entertaining." Daemon looked between Draco and me before a slow, knowing grin spread across his face. "I see." Draco remained expressionless. "You see nothing."

Nessa said pointing to a painting of a Chinese water dragon she had hanging on the cave wall. “Black scales? I know of only one dragon with black scales. That is Fafnir, he became the king of all dragons after his father sacrificed himself to create our world. Unless I am mistaken, which I must admit, is almost never” Al’ik said stroking her chin. “Now that I have something to go on for wound though I read the healing texts and there is only one way to heal such a wound, treating it requires you to be awake, and it will be painful. I will have to stich all broken muscle fibers and tendons back together manually using magic weave.”

I was a bit taken aback, “No it's not that, it's just. She's a pet- A snake, she just had an opportunity to evolve and own a human-like body. Pets rarely get married, they don't have the ability to last without their master. That's why most of them rely on their master, to survive.” Draco hummed and pointed straight ahead, the water colours had changed and become heavier. We were now at the seven hells realm territory. I sighed. The skies were dark with barely a shiny star in the sky. “This place looks sad, gloomy and lonely.. I love it! This is totally my type. Crescent moon is so shiny and bright, makes me sick sometimes.” I smacked Draco lightly and he giggled at my annoyance. I exhaled a

He cocked his head to the side, gave me a grin, and he pulled his claw out of Saphira's abdomen like he was simply gutting out the intestines of an animal.
