Dragon Books Young Adults Novels & Stories

A knock on the door made me move the quilt lower to ask who it was. "High Lord Tymon has asked that I bear food and fruits to you, my Lady." A tiny voice came from the other side of the door. A brownie, perhaps. I turned my back to the door. "I'm not hungry. Later." I said. I vaguely registered a sigh and shuffling of feet as the brownie left. "What the history will not tell you is that Dragons were not created by Luna. We existed. Even before Luna." I blinked at that, but said nothing, lest I interrupt her. "Before Luna, the mother, there were other gods that ruled the world. There were beings that walked the earth that were feared. Some still do. Like

' thought Catherine . " What do you think I am ? " said Catherine with a warm smile . " Hmmmm.........My nanny usually reads me a book before sleep . In that book , there's a beautiful fairy that is in danger and a powerful dragon warrior will save her from the bad people . Are you the fairy lady ? " said the little dragon boy curious . " Since you say I am the fairy lady then I am . Do you like fairies ? " said Catherine . The little dragon boy nodded his head in a sign of agreement .

No title on the spine. I pull it from the shelf. LPThe cover is blank. But when I open it, the pages are filled with handwriting. Small. Neat. Careful. I read the first page. “The blood of the Dragon God flows through hidden veins. Most mortals do not know they carry it. They do not know they are more than they seem.” My heart stops. I turn the page. The child of dragon and wolf shall unite the races or destroy them forever. The prophecy is old. Older than any kingdom. Older than any war.

I thought with a scornful look on my face. "I can't wait to control their feeble mind," Kendra, my dragon, said with an excited look. "For making fun of how I looked." This war had started years ago when I first accidentally found a book titled the first dragons. And then someone helped me to know more about the first dragons, and their history. Everything started with that first book. The book was buried deep in the depth of a library, and that was the only print, I had found out later. The fascination became obsession and the obsession became need.

Dawn rolled over onto her stomach “hey, you do think dragons are real? That would be so cool” Lena shrugged “I dunno. It’s possible that they existed at one point but I doubt they are still around today”, she said. As a witch she liked keep an open mind about these sorts of things. Dragons weren’t featured in any of the Godmother’s books nor her mother’s grimoire which had been given to her when she turned sixteen. That didn’t mean that they weren’t around in the past. “If you want to read Goblet of Fire you know where to find it”, Lena added, taking her book back.

Then Black Dragon spoke. “Hello. I’m Black Dragon of Dark Knight, 18. But just call me JD outside.” He said with a smirk. I gulped. He’s not even offering his hand for us to shake. He’s not even sharing anything more about himself. Just like that. His aura radiates confidence and no fear. But I can also sense a feeling of excitement and loneliness at the same time. I shook my head. It’s confusing. I sighed. Sean-hyung looked at me. “Something wrong, Hawkeye?” he asked.

Drake’s eyes lit up when he saw the book, the blazing orange was hard to look at but was mesmerizing all the same, “The path of the one and the end of the thirteen, I never thought I would get to see it,” “You can be the one to translate, I never was good with enochian,” Ellie said with a smile as she slid the book to the entrancing Dragon-shifter, “So, you're really going to give us a history lesson, right now?” questioned Valaria as her amethyst eyes darted between Drake and Ellie,

Their base could be anywhere, general. ‘Of course, we searched from all countries, Su-Anateph, but we yielded no results. The hideout of the werewolves is as hard to find as the Fountain of Youth.’ ‘But we found it anyway,’ I reminded him. The Fountain of Youth was a mere old legend to the humans, but for us dragons, it was real, and this was what I planned to use so that Rayna could live with me forever. ‘Nothing is impossible, general. Including finding the weapons. You find the weapons, you find the base of the werewolves.’

And yet I, without wishing, go against this rule by adoring this creature. I remember I was fourteen years old when my nanny, with my parents' consent first, told me about her existence and took me to see Libelle for the first time. She explained to me that shortly after he had taken care of me, she found Libelle in the forest alone by not knowing where she was going and what she was doing. My nanny, Aida, seeing her so vulnerable and all alone, approached her gently, without frightening her, and finally realized that she could not fly. Libelle was very young then, and as Aida explained to me, she was much smaller than she is now, and she could easily assess her health. She found out that so
