Novel & Cerita Dragon Books Young Adults

"Oh, besides what I already knew about how possessive and protective dragons can be towards their families, there are also a few things that are new to me… like how you collect things and treasure them. Judging by the size of Richard's library, one of the things he collects are books?" "You're right. Books and the knowledge they keep are one of the greatest treasures in the world, making the books about the supernatural even more valuable." Henry added, enjoying how much desire Elizabeth had for knowledge about his world. "What else?" "Well, I came across one very interesting paragraph that says…" Elizabeth hesitated a bit, "that dragons are known for kidnapping young, virgin maidens…" she d

she told him. Achilles looked grateful as he took the book and started reading through the pages. “Is it worth reading into more about King Xaveris’s dragon and abilities?” Achilles asked Helga. She shook her head, “No, I’ve read every material we have available on King Xaveris, maybe try and concentrate on texts about Dhampir’s with familiars though, we don’t have much research available, they are so few and far between,” Helga sighed.

There was a lot of talking and King Uther put up his hands to quiet the room. "There is something you need to know about the princess." He continued, "She is an oracle who can see two generations into the future. Those boxes contained drawings of her visions. Because she stole some of these visions, I want Kayda punished more severely. She is a wanted dragon. If she tries to come in our kingdom, I want her brought to me. Do not help her, or you will be punished severely." One little girl stood up and said, "Can she do magic?" I laughed and asked her, "What's your favorite animal?" She said, "I love kittens." I pointed to her table and there was a stuffed kitten in front of her. That earned g

I croaked, but before I could speak any further, it lowered its head and then I felt myself being picked up by the backpack and soon my feet were off the ground. “Wait…wait,” I shouted, panicking. “i’, …I’m one of the participants, the youngest daughter of Alpha King Xavier Ravenwood. I’m Valerie Ravenwood,” I babbled and almost cried in relief when the dragon put me back down. I staggered back, my heart working overtime to keep me functioning.

My stomach is growling demanding food. “Alright we can continue this first thing in the morning,” dad looks at us sternly. “Do not be late.” Dad then tosses a very old book at me. “What’s this,” I ask. “That book holds the history of all the realms. What creatures live where, details about each creature and what powers they possess. I want you to specifically read about the dragons. There are six types of dragons aside from the silver dragons and they all have different powers.” Dad then tossed a binder at Owen. “That is a copy of the book but only has the dragon information. You need to read up too. I expect you both to read about each of the dragons and what powers they possess. You’ll nee

I state. “Well, then they aren't on her legs because she wears shorts all the time.” Dray points out. “They must be on her upper body. She never wears anything low cut and she doesn't show off her stomach.” Drake says. That would make sense, then. I tell them that until she shifts that these are only suspicions. I tell them that I doubt that her parents realized this and that she doesn’t know either. “Black crystalline opal dragons are rarely even mentioned when learning about dragons. Mainly because they are supposed to be a myth and since no one could ever prove or disprove the last one existed they get mentioned in the book but that is it.” I comment.

Human traders move through the streets carrying goods from distant cities that once knew nothing about magic. Children run everywhere. That is perhaps the most wonderful change of all. In the decade since the bridge opened, more shifter children have been born than in the previous fifty years combined. Dragons once feared their race would fade. Now their laughter fills entire valleys. “Mom!” The shout comes from above. I glance upward just in time to see two small dragon shapes swoop across the sky. One is unmistakably my son. Jakob. Ten years old and already flying like he was born with the wind beneath his wings.

Brianna said sweetly, batting her lashes in a way that was criminal for a five-year-old, “you skipped the dragon part.” “I did not skip the dragon part,” I muttered, flipping the page back with a sigh. “The dragon is right here. See? Big. Scaly. Breathes fire and terrifying.” Aaron, a three years old was sprawled dramatically on his stomach, chin in his palms, frowned. “He’s not scary.” “He’s supposed to be scary,” I argued, rubbing my eyes. “Come on kids, it’s past your bedtime.” “It’s not,” Aaron said confidently. “You promised us one more story.”
