Dragon Reverse Scale Novels & Stories

Then the last one, well, I smiled as I saw him. “You heard the name BLACK DRAGON right?” our boss continued. I can clearly see their reactions. The tall guy just raised an eyebrow. The mohawk guy looked straight to our boss. The last one just smiled and the youngest boy looked excited. “Black Dragon?! Who wouldn’t know him?! He’s a legend! One of the few we look up to! He can be lined up beside Shadow and Eclipse! An expert and a genius! You’re going to introduce him to us?!” he finally said. I smiled. If only you know. I thought.

My dad and I step into the clearing, in the garden area behind the events center. I feel the shift starting, before I even have time to get undressed. I hear my bones snapping and rearranging, and the pain is like nothing I've ever felt before. I scream and double over in pain. As I hit the grown on my knees, Crimson says, “It’s almost over, try and relax.” As I mentally roll my eyes the pain stops. I open my eyes, and what I see shocks me, my dragon stands 12 feet tall, and has a 6 foot long tail. Her scales are red with purple outlines around them, and she has large wings that reach a total of 8 feet across, when fully open. Her wings are purple with Red outlines, opposite of her scales. A

I sat down on the chair facing the sofa and I let my eyes return to normal. “The moment the King lays eyes on Abigail he’ll want her to bond with Prince Nicu. The strongest dragon in existence is the gray dragon. The silver white dragon is next in line, then comes the violet dragon and so on. Royal Dragons have always been what is known as Russian Violet, the darkest shade. We all know the darker the shade the stronger the dragon.” “A woman born of a man with a strong dragon is desirable but the bond has always been respected.” If we were normal people Sorin would’ve been right, but we weren’t.

Wanting him is becoming a need. He finally turned around, and I held my breath as he started to shift. He wasn’t exaggerating. His dragon is huge, but so amazing. His body is black, but there’s a bright green strip that runs down the scales in the middle of his back. The green on his scales match his eyes in human form.

Dragons were ruthless, demon spawns of Satan that destroyed everything in their path, but oh were they some of the most gorgeous creatures on this planet! Tora, my mate, showed me some pictures that her sister had taken of her dragon before. I was in complete and utter awe of her. Her scales were the color of dusk, when the dark blues and purples mixed with the black. They had a metallic shine to them making them look like they had stars everywhere. Her eyes, oh goddess her eyes, they were the color of the most beautiful sunset. That perfect blend of dark yellow and orange.

The flakes clung stubbornly, but I didn’t have time to fuss. Something was coming. A rift split the earth not far ahead, a fiery glow spilling out like molten gold. From its depths, a dragon emerged. Its head rose first, crowned with jagged scales that glimmered in hues of black and crimson. Then came its serpentine neck, its powerful limbs, and finally its lashing tail. Fulgur. The name echoed in my mind as I took in the hexagonal scales, their labradorite sheen shimmering like embers.

Dodging a thrown rock, David quickly skims the record regarding the Draco. Draco Classification: Animal (Superspecies) Description: A massive four-legged super reptile with almost impervious scales covering its powerful body. Its claws are capable of ripping and rending flesh apart with ease in addition to being able to shatter stone. Due to its evolution, its head is no longer similar to an alligator but is leaner in shape, making it more similar to the dragons of myths and legends.

Rhys shows us to the middle of Draig’s back, to his shoulder blades between his wings where the spines start that run along his entire length of his spine. “Careful, his scales are sharp if you rub them the wrong way,” Rhys warns, as I look down at the beautiful black scales that are tipped with gold. “Thank you, Rhys, this is new for all of us.” I lean against one of Draig’s center spines, as Eya and Ryder sit beside me with Anarchy and Aiden cradled in their arms.

Darryl asked anxiously. However, he received no reply. Soon, they stopped in front of a huge hole. 'Sh*t!' Darryl's heart skipped a beat when he saw his surroundings. The hole was huge, with a diameter of several hundred meters and a depth of more than one hundred meters. There was a scaled dragon at the bottom of the hole. The two-horned scaled dragon was nearly a hundred meters long, and it was covered in black and red scales. There were still no claws to be seen because it still had not completed its transformation into a real dragon.

But his hand remained close to mine. The dragon-man moved slower this time, letting everyone see what he was doing. His fingers slipped beneath a strip of dark scaled cloth at his waist and pulled out something wrapped in black leather. It was small, no bigger than my palm, but the moment it entered the open air, something in my chest answered. Not loudly. Not like Seraphina when she stirred. Not like my wolf. Something older. Something in my blood. The dragon-man unwrapped the leather carefully. Inside lay a scale. At least, I thought it was a scale at first. Then I realised it was more than that. It was shaped like a large dragon scale, curved and smooth along one edge, sharp along the oth
