The vampire hissed at the dragon while he screeched in warning. Maria’s vampire marking started bleeding. The scent of blood got the two creatures to stop and look at their mate. When they saw the blood, they reacted and went closer to her. But she slipped between them and went to stand at a distance. She then looked at them baring her canines and growling. She was scared and had no idea what to do to get out of the situation. There was a huge dragon in front of her, a creature she thought was extinct and the oldest vampire alive.
