Living The Dreams

Living The Dreams

" - - - - Saturday evening was so bored and quiet, having dinner with Joachim was worse. He paid less or no attention to her, his earphone blocking literally his hearing and his cell phone distracting his sight, that Mareili felt he wasn't even there at all. She had to rush her meal, leaving him and rushing to take her bath. After bathing, Mareili sat on the porch as she watched weak sun disappear into the horizon. The clouds rumbled, and for some reason Mareili thought the rain and the sun were fighting for dominance over the earth, this was what her mother made her believe whenever the rain threatened to fall and the Sun refused to vanish. When the sky turned grey, and the horizon released

The Journey Towards My Dream

The Journey Towards My Dream

He gets up and walks out of his room to get some fresh air, he covered his face with sunglasses and a scarf as the hotel he was staying always had eyes staring at it, reporters would be in disguise to take photos of him or any Elite four member they see. Was He Always Like This……?

Was He Always Like This……?

As if choosing the wrong words could destroy everything. Then she finally spoke. “The Dreamer is beginning to wake.” ⸻ The universe shook. A distant crack echoed through existence. Far away. Yet somehow everyone heard it. The sound felt wrong. Like reality itself was breaking. Or perhaps… Like something was trying to escape. ⸻ Orion stepped forward. “What exactly is the Dreamer?” For the first time, even Orion sounded nervous. The Mother closed her eyes. “The Dreamer is not a god.” “The Dreamer is not a ruler.”

The Boyfriend App

The Boyfriend App

Dion was narrating a poem of his own composition, with the words provided like sing-along lyrics: | My Dream Girl | My dream girl’s no distressed damsel or princess in a tower She can be as tough as a gangster and a crybaby later She’s not a prisoner but her parents’ sweet loving daughter She’s buddies with the fire-breathing monster. (Heck, it’s her personal bouncer.) | She’s no game for the player or trophy for the hunter I can’t ask her to lay down her hair so I can use it as a ladder Simply put, she’s already the winner and I’m the loser She deserves someone better and I just gotta keep trying harder.

Of Frost and Fire

Of Frost and Fire

" Emily writhed and blushed again. Why couldn't she have seen that herself? Any goose could have seen it. "Sail onward, ships--white wings, sail on, Till past the horizon's purple bar You drift from sight.--In flush of dawn Sail on, and 'neath the evening star-- Trash--trash--and yet there's a picture in it-- Lap softly, purple waves. I dream, And dreams are sweet--I'll wake no more-- Ah, but you'll have to wake if you want to accomplish anything. Girl, you've used purple twice in the same poem.

My Forbidden Lover

My Forbidden Lover

Come to me in the silence of the night; Come in the speaking silence of a dream; Come with soft rounded cheeks and eyes as bright As sunlight on a stream; Come back in tears, O memory, hope, love of finished years. O dream how sweet, too sweet, too bitter sweet, Whose wakening should have been in Paradise, Where souls brimfull of love abide and meet; Where thirsting longing eyes Watch the slow door That opening, letting in, lets out no more. Yet come to me in dreams, that I may live My very life again though cold in death:

Anything But Porcelain

Anything But Porcelain

She wiped her eyes before she played another song and song along with it. “There was a time when men were kind...When their voices were soft...And their words inviting...There was a time when love was blind...And the world was a song...And the song was exciting...There was a time..Then it all went wrong..I dreamed a dream in times gone by...When hope was high and life worth living...I dreamed, that love would never die...I dreamed that God would be forgiving...Then I was young and unafraid...And dreams were made and used and wasted...There was no ransom to be paid....No song unsung, no wine untasted...But the tigers come at night...With their voices soft as thunder...As they tear your hope a

This book is by far one of the best books I have read on here. Many laughs and many, many tears. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a strong female lead along with supernatural entities. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Wonderful book though there are gruesome and painful torturous moments but the main lead is a brave, strong, kind hearted, positive and loving lady. Her positive outlook and disposition is commendable. Plenty of twist, hope, love lovely moments then psin real painful to read.. Hope for more lovely b

Lost Heir of the Pack

Lost Heir of the Pack

0 Maybe Tomorrow (by Leo Ellis) 0 Maybe tomorrow, I’ll find my way, 0 Into the arms where love holds sway. 0 A monster with dreams that gently borrow, 0 Hoping for a home, maybe tomorrow. 0 Alone I stand, in the quiet of night, 0 Wishing for a family, warm and bright. 0 Broken eyes reflecting a hopeful gleam, 0 In the silence, I dare to dream. 0 Through corridors of hope, I tread, 0 Aching for a place to rest my head.

Let's Dream Together

Let's Dream Together

It seemed like a wishing card, she guessed. "What is that?" She curiously questioned. Dong-hyun followed her pointed finger and tilted his head to the bedside table. "Oh, this wish card. One of my old friends sent this card in the morning, he wished me good health. I was surprised seeing this card, I thought he was running his underworld business. Who knew that he would recall me," he picked up the small card. "Health, eh?" He sighed miserably while looking down at his stiff legs. "What's the point of wishing when you know you will never walk again in the rest of your life?"
